i'm not gonna lie, i wanted it to be daniel rigby, but i can't imagine it any other way.
Rufus is extremely lucky Peter Davison was another Doctor.
I don't think an actor has been this well received or desperately wanted since Eccleston.

Oh man, I love this guy. Peter Capaldi seems exactly the kind of guy I was hoping for. A bit of age, not extreme, and seems charismatic. And he's even had a few big minor roles in the show & Torchwood already, nice reminder of how Colin Baker did it (though Capaldi didn't shoot Matt in any of his episodes, so not exactly right. At least it's funny he was in the same episode as Karen's early bird appearance). Looking forward to his regeneration stories.
Plus I just love seeing another round of Twitter rage about "old Doctors". Let's pass the snacks around, shall we?
