For some reason not many people are aware of this. Like Wikipedia, IMDB can be edited by anybody.
But fans do like debate if he will appear in the 50th.
Will just have to wait and see, but there have been rumours 12 will appear in the 50th. Heck there's rumours 11 regenerates in the 50th and the Christmas line is bull which is why Matt cut his hair.

I'm not sure why everyone is freaking out over the 12th doctor all over FB, at-least most of my friends anyway.
I personally think he'll make a good Doctor, but I guess you can't know for sure UNTIL we've seen him in that role for awhile. Which makes me wonder why people I know are screaming bloody murder claiming he'll be a terrible Doctor.
I'm still smiling about the casting.
I was so certain he'd never get it because he was too old or too high profile or too good to be true.
This time last week this thread (and every Doctor Who fan community on the planet) was anticipating disappointment. Everybody thought Capaldi was too good to be true and dissapointment was inevitable.
I'm utterly overjoyed. Only ever seen Series 4 of The Thick of It (which I loved) but I'm now watching it all. I like how later seasons embrace Tuckers popularity and it becomes "The Malcom Tucker and friends" show.
More excited about seeing Capaldi as The Doctor now than I am the 50th.
The best two episodes of The Thick Of It in my opinion, are the two specials. The first episodes that really focus on Tucker, and him fucking up properly. Love it. Capaldi is a great guy.
Jamie and Tucker in the specials. Holy shit it's the best double act ever. He should play The Master.

I actually think Serj would make a pretty awesome Doctor. Would be very different from what we've had from the past 11 of them and certainly I'm sure different from what 12 will be like. I'd love to see it.

To be honest, i prefer it over the newer ones, on this one you can see the hands, reminding you they're still human behind it. To me, that makes it all the more scary, the cloth masks also have a vertain Ku Klux vibe to them.

Just saw The Guardian did a thing on the strengths and weaknesses of each Doctor. Each was accompanied by a picture. That is fucking atrocious. It's not even a real orchestra. It's all out of tune and all over the place.
Here is Murray Golds original composition for the 2005 theme tune. He changed it quite late after deciding it was the wrong tone.
