Remember when Peter met with the Head of Drama for BBC Wales "about the 50th?" Perhaps this project has become something more official - especially for them to be using the TARDIS. At a push, could it have been bumped up for Children in Need? For what was expected to be a man and his camera - has grown to a film crew.
