Just to go off-topic again, to my homework where i have to write a fake diary, i have chosen to write the 11th doctor's diary. Does anyone have a good idea about which events/episodes would be a good idea to write a diary about, ot should i just come up with something myself?

Come up with your own stories. Though I don't imagine Eleven will keep a diary it'll be a nice little way of writing your own Doctor Who story.

The diary he uses for River is not really a personal story diary but rather a date diary. Same word different thing. The latter is just used like a calender and the former is anecdotal. It's exclusively to help identify River. By the time he got to his Fourth/Fifth incarnation he had admitted he doesn't bother keeping a diary any-more.
