Also earlier in the week they said exciting Doctor Who stuff will be happening over the next few weeks. Halloween announcement for Marco Polo?

Just think, there's people out there who've seen the 50th.
The BBFC gave it a PG rating, which means they've seen it. Plus Marcus Wilson mentioned a screening of a mostly finished version that took place recently.
PG, ey?

It's an outrage.
What's the point in doing a multi-doctor story in the 21st century if you don't include a multi-doctor-gang-bang and doing lines of coke off Clara's bum. The whole time Capaldi is swearing up a fucking storm. Hugely disappointed.

Also I switch over to ITV to see fucking X-Factor. They were on the Thor 2 red carpet and Christopher Eccleston walked by.
Dammit Chris, you're on the wrong Saturday night show completely.

50th won't be right without an orgy.
There should be other specially filmed scenes for something else too but can't remember what. So many rumours I've lost the details.
Also A&B? Multi-camera filming? Like the classic series? This really is the 50th.

Kinda lessens the impact of "MATT FINISHED THE CHIRSTMAS SPECIAL, HIS RUN AS THE DOCTOR IS (filming wise) OVER" statements, eh? Can't be too surprised, really.

- It was probably filmed before christmas special filming
- Tennant filmed things after he filmed his last scene in Doctor Who. A whole episode of Sarah Jane.
- He also filmed some Christmas adverts when The Doctor finds a sleigh
- He also recorded his lines for the animated Dreamland series.
- He still did a few audio books after that
You never stop being The Doctor. You only stop doing it on a weekly basis.

No.
If it was for something to be aired after his regeneration, yes. But it isn't. So no.
[QUOTE=Rapist;42654530]PG, ey?[/QUOTE]
Damnit, so no crack orgy narrated by Tom Baker on this anniversary... well, there's always the 100th.
i fucking love brian cox
i fucking love doctor who
holy shit im in heaven

I for one can think nothing better than a 130 year old Tom Baker narrating a crack orgy.

"Oooh look at her. I'd go cruising with her. Yeeeeesssss. Here comes Doctor 17 with a huge throbber. Oooh I have a right stalk on" -Clip of the 100th special
Eccleston will be back for the 100th. Don't forget to include him.
Well, that's weird, the latest Sims expansion pack, where you travel through time, you can straight up meet Amy and Rory.
No cinemas in the Netherlands showing the 50th have been announced yet.
:(

Either Cineworld is full of wankers, Day of the Doctor isn't very good, or Christopher Eccleston got at the Cineworld Facebook account again.
Bitter northerner.
[editline]27th October 2013[/editline]
It's also kind of disheartening that the first review of Day of the Doctor is "Thor 2 is better"
[editline]27th October 2013[/editline]
Nevermind, it's a fake Cineworld account.
100% certain it's Eccleston then.
Been doing my own season of Doctor Who, going through the classic series. City Of Death, Pyramids Of Mars, The Five Doctors, The Three Doctors and Robots Of Death with Tomb Of The Cybermen and Destiny Of The Daleks still to come.
I think somebody said to me that because I don't enjoy Moffats take on Doctor Who I wouldn't like the classic series. What a load of crap, it's brilliant.
I also think now that the fourth doctor is the best doctor.
Edit: Some of the more recent Classic Doctor Who DVDs look very very good. Still can see that it was filmed on videotape in parts but they've been cleaned up to an excellent standard.
I've hardly watched any classic Who, it's too slow for me to really get into it sadly. I watched Logopolis and The Keeper of Traken when I was younger once and that was interesting. Hardly remember any of it but it was interesting. Also watched the old Sontaran stories.
Most recently though I watched The Pyramids of Mars, which was last night. It wasn't bad but as I said previously, it was quite slow.

I hadn't watched any classic Doctor Who until about four years ago when I bought Genesis Of The Daleks and The Invasion. I actually quite like the extra length of the stories, gives it more time to build up.

Nothing. Maybe you misread the tweet?
Somebody tried to book a viewing of Day of the Doctor. It didn't work. So they posted on the Cineworld Facebook asking for help and Cineworld told them they'd seen both and they should get tickets for Thor 2 instead as it's better than Day of the Doctor.
People were outraged.
Turns out to be a fake Facebook page.
I only read the part with you saying "it's bad one of the Day of the Doctor reviews is that Thor 2 is better".
WHICH MEANS YOU DON'T LIKE THOR 2
you were my hero, dan, how could you do this to me

No no no.
I just expect Day of the Doctor to be a hell of a lot better than Thor 2 as Thor 2 is a fun popcorn flick and Day of the Doctor is the most exciting thing to happen in my entire life.
I still like Thor 2!
