Vastra, Jenny and Strax are such un-necessary characters.
mai potatofu~ [t]http://whopix.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/sontaran-oddjob.jpg[/t]
I like them, I really like Strax, but they're already overused. Specially with a [sp]finale appearance too[/sp].
Vastra, Jenny and Strax are such un-necessary characters.
You could extend that to everyone who isn't The Doctor.
So when does today's episode air, and will anybody be streaming it?
So when does today's episode air, and will anybody be streaming it?
Half past 6 (GMT), and Dain (probably): http://www.livestream.com/dain_who
Dain confirmed for streaming.
Thomas Thomas My cringe will block out the sun
One of my favourite episodes so far, it didn't seem as confusing as the last two. I have a feeling most of you won't agree. The Sonic when it saw Jenny undress. Is it just me or has Jenny got better looking? Too bad she's a lesbian!
For fucks sake Moffat why did you have to go and include dumb modern kids...why.
For fucks sake Moffat why did you have to go and include dumb modern kids...why.
i am looking forward to these great new characters who will add much depth and variety to the upcoming episode
Yeah, that episode was waaaaay better than I thought it was gonna be :v:
The Sonic when it saw Jenny undress.
I hope it quells any theories of Ninja-Jenny being the Doctor's-Daughter-Jenny
For fucks sake Moffat why did you have to go and include dumb modern kids...why.
? wouldn't that have been neil gaiman
Found tonights Doctor Who quite enjoyable.
I want to see Strax fighting daleks.
Mark Gatiss, where have you been?

Not watched tonights episdoe yet, whole season has been a bit of a let down so far, hope this changes it :/
I liked it. Don't worry too much about the kids. They are only in next weeks episode and were Gaimans idea. [editline]4th May 2013[/editline]
Not watched tonights episdoe yet, whole season has been a bit of a let down so far, hope this changes it :/
I wouldn't say let down. Just wholly inconsistent in quality and repeated themes. Plus no real sense of danger.
I just watched The Name of the Doctor. He's a right crafty sod, that Steven Moffat. It's excellent.

At least one classic Doctor will appear in online prequels. Probably more than one. #anniversaryspecial

The episode title “Nightmare In Silver” seems somewhat inappropriate, because this doesn’t feel like a particularly dark or terrifying episode. It’s an unusually child-friendly (or child-like… or possibly even childish) episode – in fact, at times, it’s very like watching a CBBC show. And that’s not just because it has a couple of kids in it – the kids don’t actually get much to do.
A good start for an episode billed to ramp up the dark and terrifying with the Cybermen.
A good start for an episode billed to ramp up the dark and terrifying with the Cybermen.
And I had hoped that my favorite Who enemies would finally be a little frightening..
I just love how Strax is like a child in this episode. [sp]"I'm gonna go play with my grenades..."[/sp] [editline]4th May 2013[/editline] And the more I see of Clara the more I love her. Easily best companion of the Smith-era.
I just wish Jenna had more to work with.
I'm still freaking out over the possibility that Moffat is an evil genius. Guys, help!
Clara needs less clothes
Clara needs less clothes
The BBC knows this.
The BBC knows this.
she did a room at the top tit scene
I'm still freaking out over the possibility that Moffat is an evil genius. Guys, help!
Parts were true but we'll never know which parts. By chance Whistleblower apparently managed to hit some nails on the head. Not just with [sp]Omega[/sp] returning but other things too. Just forget about it. [editline]4th May 2013[/editline]
she did a room at the top tit scene
I'm gonna feel really awkward meeting Jenna now I've seen so much of her.

Not just with [sp]Omega[/sp] returning but other things too. Just forget about it.
Can't wait how they explain [sp]why the Doctor couldn't sense Omega. They explained it with The Master because of the whole Chameleon Arch deal and him not being a timelord at the time, but Omega? Could've used the same trick, I suppose?[/sp]
