Both look better than 80's Gallifrey. It's just a benefit of having more money to spend. Plus when RTD had Gallifrey it was only seen in brief flashback. It wouldn't make sense to spend too much on it. As Gallifrey pays such a big part in this story, was just featured in another, and (christmas rumour) [sp]apparently will continue to feature in the future[/sp], it makes sense to spend more money on it and make it look amazing.
shit why did i click that spoiler I thought it was from the trailer
shit why did i click that spoiler I thought it was from the trailer
I've added a warning now :)
please if part of your post involves a spoiler at all just spoiler tag the whole thing, it's hard not to automatically make guesses based on the context
http://youtu.be/Jb9FBg6PPbs?t=6m30s my reaction to trailer video contains no dr who content
Watching my first Hartnell (other than Unearthly Child). He's really great isn't he? He's the boss.
I wouldn't be surprised if the full 50th special gets leaked. It takes one guy working in a cinema to upload it online.

I want to see it on my TV in two weeks. OH MY GOD. TWO WEEKS.
I'm pretty much the same considering I won't even watch the trailers. If it gets leaked I'm basically turning off my internet until I see it in the cinema.

Dedicate it to Doctor Who, problem solved.
there'll be a time for us someday brian
I dedicate this page to Steven Moffat's chest hair
They? What, Moffat is responsible for ageing now too?
Heavens no. But that voice isn't just aging. I swear, someone broke her and didn't inform the grown-ups. [editline]9th November 2013[/editline]

Wait. He's back?
Heavens no. But that voice isn't just aging. I swear, someone broke her and didn't inform the grown-ups. [editline]9th November 2013[/editline] Wait. He's back?
No Barrowman in it. At least that's what he claims. Rose's voice is a lot deeper and more mature. That happens naturally to women the older they get. Also Billie puts the Rose voice on because she's not a chav in real life. She's not done it in a while so them two combined probably makes it sound a bit off. Sounds fine to me though. I think Billie looks better these days than when they slam on the make-up and chav-up her look for Rose. But I like the hair style they went with for the 50th, that was always my favourite look for Rose. Modern Billie looks so fucking good though. I never fancied Rose, Billie Piper however *swoon*.
I always was in love with her as a companion. Possibly because every companion cept her, up til the Ponds, were just really short stays. She was the one who got closest to not asking the obvious questions any more and the Ponds actually pretty nearly got all the way. I remember missing that as i watched series 3 and 4. Companions that weren't just hitching a ride for a weekend, but actually stuck with him for longer. How much did Rose age with the doc? 3 years?
‘The moment is coming…’ The extended trailer for The Day of the Doctor premieres on BBC One at approximately 8pm tonight!
Interesting use of 'extended'
"Oooh you've redecorated... ...I don't like it"
That trailer was AMAZING. I liked it more than the other.
Well, one more I have to add to this then :v:
Pat still delivers it best.
Are they gonna put the extended version online? I didn't realize the one they were showing at 8pm was different.
