[sp]love how a dalek shot the guy from like 50 miles away[/sp]
that was... strange.
I'm really looking forward to learning about the actual logistics of the war. It'll be good finding out about Gallifreyans that don't just stomp around in robes all day.

You're gonna love it.
"The Five-Ish Doctors"
Miss the classic Doctors? They’re back in this celebratory special written and directed by Peter Davison.
BBC Red Button - 10pm Saturday 23rd
Excited for that, could be fun! :v:
Anyone got anything planned for Saturday, before the special? Me and the friend (i dont know how i have friends either) I'm seeing it in the cinema with are marathoning S7b from the Snowmen. Maybe eating Fish Fingers and custard, too.
What if you eat them and then throw up so hard your face explodes?
I mean, you wouldn't be able to watch the special! :v:
Can someone clarify: will the special also go on TV or is it exclusive on cinemas?
A cyberman just died while a girl was talking about her light-up prosthetic leg
the fuck is going on on this show
You kidding? Light-up prosthetics are like cocaine to Cybermen; they can only dream of having such pimpin' augmentations but most can't because of the whole "you will become identical" thing.
Can someone clarify: will the special also go on TV or is it exclusive on cinemas?
It's on TV at 7:50 GMT and at relevant local time around the world. You'd have to check what channel it's on in your country.
Is Doctor Who Archive reliable?

My lecturer knows a script writer who worked on RTD Doctor Who, today he accidentally revealed something that wasn't public knowledge.
Apparently RTD and Whedon were working on a Buffy spin off together called: Giles: The Early Years.
Which never happened.
You're now among an exclusive group of people on the world who know that fact.
hrmmmmmmmmm yeaah hmmmmmmmmmmmmm huuuuuuuuuh
dunno how to feel about that
Welcome back, Dan. Doesn't time fly :v:
Did enjoy Moffat teasing the regeneration limit on The One Show.
But as we all know, Moffat addressed the regeneration issue years ago. The Universe can't bear to be without him, so The Doctor simply turns in to Joanna Lumley.

I'm guessing the costumes it's been cycling through for profile pictures are the doctors in it.
So that would be Davison, Baker, McCoy, McGann, and Tennant.
In regards to the Last Day, I've just realised that the Tenth Doctor said he was there at that period of time.
"I was there at the Fall of Arcadia; some day I may come to terms with that"
Makes it a little more interesting for me

Tom Baker and Sean Pertwee too.
They put the call-sheet online ages ago.
Sean Pertwee being involved makes me moist
The Eleventh Hour just came on on BBC America. Still my favorite Matt Smith episode.
[editline]21st November 2013[/editline]
Oh fuck me, they edited out the five minutes of Eleven eating and despising foods and skipped straight to the fish custard.
AAITAS day.
I'm equally excited for this as the 50th show itself.

I found an unknown plastic object in my student radio station which I used as a "space hat".

Peter Davison film is 15 minutes long.
I do wonder if the BBC would be willing to underline that they weren't involved in the actual episode. Perhaps they will be successful in their attempts to be cast.
Something to consider, I think.
Maybe, you should forget all that and go take a picture wearing a space hat.
Though it is worth pointing out that the Fiveish Doctors is on AFTER the special. To avoid spoilers?
[editline]21st November 2013[/editline]
Immediately after Adventure in Time and Space tonight is a documentary on what Hartnell did after leaving Doctor Who.
Clashes with An Unearthly Child.
