Doctor steals The Moment -> High Council panics upon finding out, devices plan -> End of Time events occur -> End of Time events end -> 13 Doctors show up to do their magic?
But from Ten's perspective, this occurs between Waters of Mars and End of Time. I'm confused again.

So is the Moment = Bad Wolf or not? Hmm.
But from Ten's perspective, this occurs between Waters of Mars and End of Time. I'm confused again.
He forgot.
He forgot.
Okay, it makes sense again, I forgot that bit. Trusting the Moff now.
Just to get us hyped:
So is the Moment = Bad Wolf or not? Hmm.
The Moment just took Rose/Bad Wolf's form.
The Moment just took Rose/Bad Wolf's form.
I got that. But the Moment is strong, had time travel capabilities... what if it secretly was the BW anyway; just introducing itself to the Moment because it knew the Doctor would need it? And thus it steered the War Doctor to the 10th and 11th to not actually use the device.
I'm pretty sure a Time Lord Weapon would have the ability to use at least some form of time travel ability.
The software survived though and that's what matters right? Still the same Screwdriver but only a different shell.
The Sonic Screwdriver uses cloud computing?
The Sonic Screwdriver uses cloud computing?
Is a Chromebook.
I like to think that the Moment never actually became sentient at all and it was BW the whole time that would also explain how the time vortices could be created and how the Doctors were able to travel to a time-locked event well, as much as "human looks into the heart of the TARDIS and becomes an all-time-and-space demigod" can ever explain anything
Who the fuck is bad wolf again?
Who the fuck is bad wolf again?
rose tyler: time/space mary sue edition
Bad Wolf is the entity Rose became when she looked into the heart of the TARDIS, so basically the Time Vortex existed as Rose but with the name Bad Wolf. The Bad Wolf 'ended' the time war by destroying all of the Daleks. But we know how that turns out. Nothing is ever really over on Doctor Who.
rose tyler: time/space mary sue edition
I really can't remember much about rose other than a over inflated love interest for the doctor. Who later stared as a prostitute in another series.
The only thing that gets me is [sp] that they relied on the crossfire to kill off the daleks which is pretty fuckin dicey[/sp]
The only thing that gets me is [sp] that they relied on the crossfire to kill off the daleks which is pretty fuckin dicey[/sp]
tbh there were so many daleks that it was basically a sure shot
Five(ish) doctors on iPlayer (region free apparently too!) http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01m3kfy
Anyone know a place where I can watch this besides BBC iPlayer? Since it isn't loading for me.
The only thing that gets me is [sp] that they relied on the crossfire to kill off the daleks which is pretty fuckin dicey[/sp]
Looking at American warfare it seems quite plausible.
tbh there were so many daleks that it was basically a sure shot
Yeah but like come on as if they were completely destroyed to the point where the rest of history made sense
loved the line "i have no idea where he gets it from" in relation to timey-wimey. Loved The War Doctor's reaction to Nu-Who Doctors. Loved it all. Fantastic.
I'm liking it more as time passes, second watch will probably make me love it :v: Was a bit underwhelmed at the start but in conclusion and remembering the awesome scenes it is great.
I'm liking it more as time passes, second watch will probably make me love it :v: Was a bit underwhelmed at the start but in conclusion and remembering the awesome scenes it is great.
Literally just restarted watching it, noticed this in the first minute. And was that initial shadow in black and white meant to look like Hartnell? Because it did
The only thing that gets me is [sp] that they relied on the crossfire to kill off the daleks which is pretty fuckin dicey[/sp]
Wouldn't that sort of explain why he keeps encountering the last of the daleks as they weren't all killed there? And I was sort of expecting David Bradley as the curator.
Bradley or Capaldi, but ---spoiler--- was awesome.
I had already heard it was Tom, but it didn't make it any less awesome. The thought that one day in the distant future the Doctor returns to old faces and retires happily is a nice thought. Just realised, series 8 isn't about trying to find Gallifrey. He finds it at the end of the episode and watches it with the other Doctors while giving a speech about going home. Dan.... 10.18 million viewers. X Factor got 7.6 million. Day of The Doctor had a higher audience share than The End of Time.
Dan.... 10.18 million viewers. X Factor got 7.6 million.
I saw that a second ago. You win. But X-Factor loses. So we all win.
