Nobody is being serious when they say he should copy Malcom Tucker.
A grouchy intense Doctor and Malcom Tucker are different things. The Doctor has a twinkle that's impossible to articulate. That separates him from Tucker.

Would The Thick of It fans turn down the opportunity to see Malcolm Tucker in the TARDIS? Whether it be for Comic Relief or other spoof platform? I doubt it.
But for obvious reasons, The Doctor cannot be Malcolm Tucker.

It's all resolved at Christmas. Silence will Fall, the cracks, Trenzalore and the exploding TARDIS.
I thought that was resolved already though. Once Amy and Rory pissed off I thought that was that for most of them.

I posted this in SH but then I realized this would be a better section to vent my frustration.
They seriously need to replace Moffat. So much bad writing and so many plot holes just in this one episode alone.
So the war and 10th Doctor forget everything but somehow the 11th remembers being the 10th and meeting himself (he remembers the fez falling from the wormhole thing).
Zygon story going unresolved.
Why did UNIT take the TARDIS when they were looking for The Doctor (they apologized to the Doctor because they thought he wasn't in it).
How did The Doctor and Clara get out of The Doctors timeline?
Magic screwdrivers (they attack a dalek with them).
And those are just the ones I picked up on the first viewing.

- He only remembers as it's happening. And he admits even then his memory is foggy.
- It was resolved. The Zygons don't remember if they're Zygons. Causing a peace treaty between the last of the Zygons and humanity
- Just leave? It's his timeline. I assume he can just will himself out just like he willed himself in and willed the leaf into existence. To be fair to the team the whole timeline thing was added when Chris dropped out and was filmed AFTER the special. They did the best they could under circumstances
- I didn't like this. But I guess it was down to the same theory behind the door. The screwdriver scans the Dalek, then after hundreds of years it can manipulate it's very matter.

Does everything have to be explained for you? Can't you just watch something and enjoy it for what it is? Must you find everything that's wrong with it and be frustrated about it?

The Zygon plotline wasn't really resolved. It shows they were around since medieval times. And there were only 3 of them in the archive.
Someone on facebook doesn't like Doctor Who. I knew there was a reason I didn't like her (actually there's a whole story behind that but that's unimportant).

I like him as a writer, but is he a showrunner? Honestly right now I would say Gatiss-Moffat together is the best idea. Then Chibnall-Gatiss or Gaiman-Gatiss.
Moffat probably only has 2-3 more years in him at most, he said he was closer to the end of his time than the start. I'm going to enjoy it for all it's worth. The man that brought back the 8th Doctor, hired Peter Capaldi, and honoured 50 years of TV in 75 minutes.
