Needs to vibrate.
John Guilor voiced Hartnell in The Day of the Doctor. That's one mystery solved.
It's just Malcolm Tucker in the TARDIS. It's what you want from Peter Capaldi :v:
It's kind of sad how everyone's been trumpeting about the casting of Capaldi because he's "such a brilliant actor" and so on, then going on about how he should just copy one of his earlier roles.
Imagine the viewing figures if it wasn't shown in cinemas and all those people watched it at home.

A grouchy intense Doctor and Malcom Tucker are different things. The Doctor has a twinkle that's impossible to articulate. That separates him from Tucker.

Whether it be for Comic Relief or other spoof platform? I doubt it. But for obvious reasons, The Doctor cannot be Malcolm Tucker.
Can I please meet a girl with the same fashion sense as Jenna? She dresses fine.
That reminds me, a girl at my college came in dressed EXACTLY like Clara at one point (her Bells of St John outfit). Except the girl in question was blonde.
Bodes well for Capaldi. I want to skip Christmas. I want to skip the post-regeneration-crisis episode. I want to jump straight into the new Doctor.
excuse me we need to see the new doctor dressed as the old doctor it is essential
I just love how Doctor Who exploded in my school after that special, a lot of people got curious what the fuck Doctor Who was and so a big part started to watch the episodes and got hooked to it :v:.
I just noticed Four and his goofy-ass grin. The only thing I didn't like about this scene is that [sp]Peter Capaldi didn't make a second appearance.[/sp]
I think this is just the Doctor's dream.
Lots of people annoying me because they think it was Capaldi who said "No sir, Thirteen"
Where did the fantastic 9th doctor thing come from? You know which one I'm talking about.
Where did the fantastic 9th doctor thing come from? You know which one I'm talking about.
clip from parting of the ways i think when he goes to get rose from the dalek ship
clip from parting of the ways i think when he goes to get rose from the dalek ship
But how did it end up like this? :v:
oh i thought you meant his footage in the special lmao
So Dan, going by the teaser for the Xmas special, are the leaks true then?
Very late reply here. But yes. It seems Moffat has been very much inspired by this short story. There is at least one idea lifted from this story and adapted for the Christmas special.
oh my god [sp]the real tom baker[/sp] the fangirl inside me squealed
Can't say I'm looking forward to the Christmas special. The whole "silence will fall" shit coming up at the end of the trailer is just annoying. Can't be arsed going back to this shit again.

I thought that was resolved already though. Once Amy and Rory pissed off I thought that was that for most of them. [editline]24th November 2013[/editline] was just hoping for something new
I posted this in SH but then I realized this would be a better section to vent my frustration. They seriously need to replace Moffat. So much bad writing and so many plot holes just in this one episode alone. So the war and 10th Doctor forget everything but somehow the 11th remembers being the 10th and meeting himself (he remembers the fez falling from the wormhole thing). Zygon story going unresolved. Why did UNIT take the TARDIS when they were looking for The Doctor (they apologized to the Doctor because they thought he wasn't in it). How did The Doctor and Clara get out of The Doctors timeline? Magic screwdrivers (they attack a dalek with them). And those are just the ones I picked up on the first viewing.

And he admits even then his memory is foggy. - It was resolved. The Zygons don't remember if they're Zygons. Causing a peace treaty between the last of the Zygons and humanity - Just leave? It's his timeline. I assume he can just will himself out just like he willed himself in and willed the leaf into existence. To be fair to the team the whole timeline thing was added when Chris dropped out and was filmed AFTER the special. They did the best they could under circumstances - I didn't like this. But I guess it was down to the same theory behind the door. The screwdriver scans the Dalek, then after hundreds of years it can manipulate it's very matter. Moffat is a fine writer. Tell me one person who could do half the job him and RTD have managed to do on their own.

Can't you just watch something and enjoy it for what it is? Must you find everything that's wrong with it and be frustrated about it? If you can't stand it then stop watching the show, nobody is stopping you.

And there were only 3 of them in the archive.
Someone on facebook doesn't like Doctor Who. I knew there was a reason I didn't like her (actually there's a whole story behind that but that's unimportant).
neil gaimon
He wrote one good episode (which he admits Moffat rewrote a bit). Then one "eh" episode with Nightmare in Silver. I like him as a writer, but is he a showrunner? Honestly right now I would say Gatiss-Moffat together is the best idea. Then Chibnall-Gatiss or Gaiman-Gatiss. Moffat probably only has 2-3 more years in him at most, he said he was closer to the end of his time than the start. I'm going to enjoy it for all it's worth. The man that brought back the 8th Doctor, hired Peter Capaldi, and honoured 50 years of TV in 75 minutes.
