They decided to leave it and not tell anybody as peace is so much better than all the fighting.
I do hope Zygons return though for Capaldi. The old gothic era story, tension builds as you don't know who to trust.
Nah, I hope they don't. That sort of stuff is frustrating for me to watch. Especially if the audience know who's a Zygon and who isn't.
Plus we've already had that sort of story in NuWho - The Rebel Flesh.

What if the audience didn't know? They know somebody is a Zygon, but not who. Then part 2 is all out war. I just love Zygons.

Actually what happened to McGann in the Fiveish Doctors? He's in the opening credits but he only had one scene.
I loved the episode. Probably nothing about it I didn't like, to be honest. The chemistry between the 3 docs was amazingly fun to watch.

He says he wants in on whatever they're doing. Then later when they start their plan, Mcgann backs out due to "filming commitments". Basically he's filming his mini episode.

It wasn't that they should that they were human, it's that they couldn't tell if they were Zygon or human and had to negotiate accordingly.
