Since I keep hearing misinformation about it... and how it connects to 11's "absolutely impending" regeneration... the Regeneration DVD Box Set is being released next month (24 June). So unless 11 regenerates in the finale (*waves at the 50th and Christmas Special*), it's not going to be included...

I was going to suggest that.
Like, say something happens to the Doctor in the finale that causes him to regenerate into Hurt, and he can somehow stop it from happening by (in the 50th) going back and stop it from happening.

This would be brilliant. Smith regenerates into Hurt, but maybe he only regenerates as a consequence of something particularly universe-threatening, so he enlists the help of a past 11th and 10 and they manage to reset the timeline, causing the Hurt incarnation to be erased from history.

Don't see why people are complaining about Clara's personality. She's a person enjoying her time traveling through space and time, unlike Amy who's personality points were 'Grumpy and Scottish'

And Rory who was the Doctor Who equivalent of Qui Gon Jinn i.e characterless.

I don't get the Rory hate. His character actually developed during his time as a companion. He started off scared shitless at everything that was happening but by the end he had become brave, and even a little jaded that space and time travel always seemed to be dangerous.
