Seems too good to be fake. Matches the rumours pretty well too. Look at the clock! It strikes twelve!
Still hoping Handles The Cyberman will be like Murray The Skull from Monkey Island.

Blocked by BBC Worldwide. :v:
Somebody told me the BBC was expecting 14 million overnight and was disappointed, after marketing it on EVERY channel they own. I told them to fuck off, 10m against the X-Factor is always impressive. Though it's a shame it wasn't the most watched thing of the day :(
[editline]25th November 2013[/editline]
1 - Hartnell
2 - Troughton
3 - Pertwee
4 - King Baker
5 - Davison
6 - Baker
7 - McCoy
8 - McGann
9 - Hurt
10 - Eccleston
11 - Tennant
12 - Tennant 2
13 - Smith
The Journeys End regeneration will be explained as counting.
So Matt is the 11th Doctor. But the 13th incarnation.
Maybe.. But you could argue that both Tennant 2 and Smith are the same level of incarnation because Tennant 2 came from Tennant, as did Smith. Tennant 2 just branches off in a different direction.
But Tennant I used HIS energy to create II.
Also, did anyone notice this?

And, when Kate Stewart is asking for one of her father's incident files, she says "70s or 80s depending on the dating protocol"
But Tennant I used HIS energy to create II.
But Smith didn't follow on from Tennant 2, he came from Tennant 1. T2 is more of a duplicate than incarnation because he's JUST the 10th Doctor. He'll never be able to regenerate.
Think of it like a family tree, imagine each incarnation/regeneration is the son of the previous one. Tennant 2 is more like the "brother" :v:

5:15? What about it?

There's Tennant 2 that regenerates but didn't change his face, and Tennant 2 2 that's just the clone that lives with Rose.
Well that's what i recall anyway.
5:15? What about it?
It's the time Doctor Who first aired at on the 23rd of November, 1963.

You guys realise they don't mean the meta-crisis Doctor that stays in the parallel universe with Rose?
At the end of The Stolen Earth, 10 gets shot by a Dalek. He starts to regenerate, but directs most of the energy into that hand in the jar. The version of The Doctor that did this is still The Doctor, but he technically used up a regeneration.
The Meta-crisis Doctor is something else entirely. The progression goes Tennant 1 -> Tennant 2 -> Smith
It has been a theory amongst fans for a long time that 10 did infact use a regeneration at the end of Stolen Earth. And it makes perfect sense because otherwise The Doctor could just chop off his hand after a regeneration and use that to "cheat" his regeneration cycle.
Yeah he'd probably create a clone of himself but he could just take that clone to the backyard in the Tardis and shoot him with a shotgun or something. Problem solved.
I second this. 3D movies used to have a whole separate box from Blu.
Also Moffat confirms Matt is the 13th and final Doctor, regeneration limit to be plot of Christmas: http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/doctor-who-christmas-spoilers-matt-2847509
So my friend wasn't totally wrong after all...
He'd been entertaining the theory that the 50th would involve matt having to end the time war again because the moment would require three doctors to activate as some sort of safety protocol thing. At the same time though he theorized that Matt would have to die at some point and while we know there is another doctor, Matt's character doesn't know this and is operating on the assumption that he will ultimately die.
Well his 50th theory was wrong, but if the christmas episode will revolve around that... then he may have been correct about that all along...
[editline]25th November 2013[/editline]
I'm thinking Meta-Crisis tennant clone will take over and regen or something in some way.
Regardless, tennhand should have regen(s) left, considering he's a straight clone of Tennant, should he not?

800 is a regeneration story, great!

As stated previously, series 8 episode 1 will be episode 801. Episode 8.2 will be 802. It works so well. :v:
So the next two milestones are a thousand episodes of Doctor Who and the 10th anniversary of the revival...

Millions!
I wonder what the UK overnight figures would have been if there wasn't a cinema showing

So this is a thing. I didn't think it was possible for me to be in physical pain from listening to something but there you go. I also didn't think it was possible for something to be worse than My Immortal, but THERE YOU GO.
Apparently I'm an idiot
