Yeah Moffat has said multiple times that this is The Doctors final life. It's not a major plot twist or anything.
It's a line of a dialogue where The Doctor mentions the he's out of regenerations when you count the HurtDoctor and some "vanity issues" he had in his past (referring to the Hand-Regeneration).
So throughout this episode he pretty much expects he's going to die. [sp]Until the last possible minute[/sp]

I think it could be, if it explained a load of stuff from Series 5 and 6. But I don't see how they're fitting a load of enemies, a regeneration, and a decent christmas story into one episode. Unless it's longer than 60 minutes.
I kind of hope all the enemies are only there to form the alliance that trapped the Doctor in the Pandorica.

It's meant to be Paul McGann, the second head. Rather silly, really, the only use of that is proving Character could be doing Paul's new costume as a figure, or let people imagine Paul played the war Doctor in the special.

Doesn't look like their McGann. Doesn't make sense to be McGann. Probably meant to be a young Hurt but their likeness are always awful.
