The Crimson Horror pushes above 'The Satan Pit' on the "lowest five" list. 6.49m - The Hungry Earth (Sixth) 6.44m - The Lodger 6.32m - The Impossible Planet 6.27m - Silence in the Library 6.19m - The Crimson Horror 6.08m - The Satan Pit But this a nice timeshift so far. Good recovery. As ever, not counting iPlayer figures which are always massive.
I wonder how they shift the ratings figure up to represent how many people actually watched it. TV ratings in the UK are found by a group of around 50,000 households recording what they watch. Do they just scale it up as a representation of everyone who owns a TV license?

Not even Warwick Davis can save this now
What? That's fucking ridiculous. I bet there's over 1.5 million a week.
As far as I know, they don't publish who watches a full episode. For an iPlayer request to be logged, a viewer only needs to start watching. But, it's fairly sensible to assume a good high percentage of requests count as full views. It means we get to say things like "Asylum of the Daleks had over 10 million" rawr rawr rawr.
Friendly reminder that I'm streaming the worst of New Who on Saturday/Sunday It's definitely happening! 3pm GMT! Break for Nightmare in Silver! Bring your jaded cynicism, you're gonna need it.
So, has anyone yet suggested the nickname [sp]Eleven of Twelve[/sp] for that [sp]cybered up Doctor[/sp] or am I unoriginal?
what
The eye-cybornetics, remind me of 7 of 9.
The eye-cybornetics, remind me of 7 of 9.
Im guessing some wont know what that's from.
Im guessing some wont know what that's from.
You can say that about any reference though.
Big, BIG Star Trek Into Darkness spoilers ahead (don't read unless you've seen it, please, I will not be held responsible for spoiling things if you click the tag; [sp]when Kirk "dies" from all the radiation, then gets resurrected from Khan's blood that "regenerates cells"... Yeah, I got massive Tennant-regeneration vibes from that whole scenario :V[/sp]

So I guess I wasn't the only one who thought of Iron Man about the new design then.

Need it as a Gmod ragdoll to go with the Matt Smith one.
Need it as a Gmod ragdoll to go with the Matt Smith one.
The Matt Gmod model is godawful. The fingers are oddly placed and it doesn't have face flexes. Blergh.

My point exactly :v:

It's not ripped from the adventure game. [editline]10th May 2013[/editline] I like it. The David Tennant one is worse.

The press have been very glowing about the finale. Even press who have so far enjoyed none of this series. [editline]10th May 2013[/editline] Doctor Who is getting a BAFTA for it's contribution to Television in the last 50 years. The ceremony will air on Sunday and will feature a "celebratory video tribute". Jenna will be handing out an award and two Daleks will be patrolling during the ceremony.

Yep. Hence Romana II. The first one:
Indeed she was. Everybody preferred Romana I but for me II was the shit. [editline]10th May 2013[/editline] BBC put a clip up of classic Who that is quite fun: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p011nk4k
