It was shot in Vancouver, Canada. Fox was presumably American enough that people focus mostly on that side of the North American production.

This was taken from about 120 issues ago, I wonder if since then he's changed, after all the 50th stuff? He didn't owe anything to the programme-makers, I'd assume when people called him selfish they meant he should have done it 'for the fans'.
He's totally right. If I was him I'd probably hate doctor who. It's good he does all of those conventions and stuff.
I can appreciate his sentiment towards the role. The BBC essentially sacked him and then not long afterwards said "actually could you maybe come back for a bit, we weren't finished with you"

If there truly are an [U]infinite[/U] amount of universes and possibilites then there is a universe where events have unfolded identically to how they have occurred in the show. So there is a universe with a Gallifrey, a Skaro, and The Doctor.
So I guess it's entirely possible that if The Doctor can crash through the barriers between universes then couldn't he one day fall into ours? If we ever find proof (unlikely) that parallel universe do exist then it would make walking down the street and hearing the TARDIS an actual scientific possibility. That's exciting.

Hi nice to meet you i've decided to just stick to Earth for now until Space Travel becomes more reliable.
I really hope the middle 8 returns to the credits sequence next series, I really miss it.
recently been getting really hyped up for the oculus rift, and I keep thinking how awesome it'll be to use that vr cinema thing to watch the Day of the Doctor in the cinema in 3D again
