It's implied. In "Last Night" the Doctor says goodbye to River for the last time before she goes to the library, and she got the screwdriver before going to the Library. So that would be the time.

I had a dream last night where I was watching TV and an advert came on. First you saw a figure from behind, he was wearing a leather jacket (Christopher Eccleston). Then you saw David Tennant, and then Matt Smith (wearing the tweed jacket might I add, rather than the purple one). Then there was a montage of clips of an apparent episode where the three go off to a loch or a bog and do stuff. Chris was in a carriage at one point with a young boy, the boy was crying I think. Tennant had fallen over and was all muddy, looking like he was in disbelief. Smith looked happy and was smiling. There was other stuff I can't remember. They were even aged slightly, it was great seeing Eccleston again even if it was only in a dream. Then the words 'Doctor Who' came on the screen and it was over. The tv said it was to fill in the gap between now and series 8.
I wish it was real. Would be great to get an 'untold story' like that to fill in the gap.

Also how come you lot always have Doctor Who dreams and I keep dreaming about demons stealing my eyes :( The one time I had a Doctor Who dream was 2005 about Slitheen in my school and they killed me. Also Davros was a science teacher.
