I really wouldn't expect anything. This isn't the first date that Trackboy and co have thrown out there and it won't be the last.
I have no doubt it will absolutely be this week. But I think today is a day off or a read-through or something. They won't reveal the costume until they're actually outside filming with it and it's touched by daylight. It's dark now, it would not be touched by daylight, no point revealing it until they have to.
I'd expect either a midnight-embargo type reveal or a daytime reveal. A 18:00 reveal was always unlikely.

Today I learned: RTD was going to write a story where JK Rowling accidentally brings the world of Harry Potter to life and The Doctor arrives and has to save Rowling from evil wizards and such. RTD had met with JK about her involvement (she had previously turned down the offer to write) and RTD was keen to show children that not all great writers are dead icons of the past). Tennant nixed the idea as he thought it was too spoofy.
And that's what I learnt today.
