A nice piece of footage, with the camera monitor recorded towards the end. So it's practically a snippit of an unedited scene from the episode - with Capaldi emerging from the TARDIS - minus sound, of course. Some dialogue can be made out - so best to turn audio off if you still want to watch without context.

I think Clara deserves it..
[sp]She repeatedly saved his life, was willing to sacrifice everything for him. She convinced the Time Lords to help him. Then, in his final moments, she's sobbing in the corner while he's hallucinating Amy. We may only hear his voice - but that would be enough. It would also be a nice reminder that although to us, The Doctor is now Peter Capaldi - Matt Smith is still out there making a phone call - especially after how completely divided the 10-11 jump was.[/sp]

I said before filming began that I wanted something of a reality check for Doctor Who.
This obvious throwback to The End of the World could be just that. A stepping stone out of the Moffat fairytale and to his new, 'raw' vision. A lot of contemporary settings over the last few years have felt... bare or a little too staged. Central London streets populated with a sprinking of pedestrians. Empty residential areas.
Then along comes the TARDIS on a crowded high street (in [sp]Glasgow[/sp]), with The Doctor off for chips again - no doubt without pocket money. It's the type of image which will last for years to come.
Jenna Louise Coleman is bloody gorgeous.
And on another note that has probably already been mentioned; when I went to see World War Z I noticed in the credits that Peter Capaldi is credited as a "W.H.O Doctor". I find that extremely coincidental.
