Peter Capaldi the skinny space pimp
£30 million of BBC Three's budget is going to find it's way to BBC One Drama. Steal £1m & make another episode, Moffat :v:

Looks like we're making progress towards the ratings shift.
The bandwidth previously occupied by BBC Three will be used for a timeshifted channel, BBC One + 1.. The BBC is also thought to have struck a deal with TV ratings body Barb that will allow online viewing on the iPlayer to be included in official audience figures for the first time.
BBC1+1 so they cut BBC3 because everyone watches it's programs on iPlayer... now they're making a channel that only people who don't know how to use the internet will watch??
I hope that with the whole Gallifrey coming back the fact that they were planning to wipe out the universe won't be ignored, because that alone could be a very nice story arc. [editline]6th March 2014[/editline] Plus gotta have more Rassilon
I guess that depends on what happened between Rassilon & The Master.
I guess that depends on what happened between Rassilon & The Master.
It's like I mentioned a while back, I think it'd be cool if The Master killed Rassilon and became praised for doing so, thus taking over Gallifrey and becoming the new Lord President, and stopping the Timelords plans to end all time and space (while getting a new regeneration cycle in the process). And then two things could happen: A) The Master has forgiven The Doctor and is now an ally rather than an enemy. B) The Master is an even more powerful villain now that he has the entirety of Gallifrey on his side. To be honest A) is what I'd hope for the most. Not only because I'd love to see The Doctor and The Master working together, but also because it makes sense since someone must have granted The Doctor that new regeneration cycle, and given what both him and The Master have been through recently (and judging by their cooperation at The End of Time), that's definitely not an impossibility. Speaking of which, both The Doctor AND The Master would have new regeneration cycles. Think about that! ;) [editline]6th March 2014[/editline] Besides, I can imagine the finale of the season if he finds Gallifrey and it goes like Doctor: "Aaah, it sure is nice to be back home. Say, what happened to Rassilon?" Random Timelord: "He perished at the hands of The Master." Doctor: "Oh. Well... who's running the place?" Random Timelord: "Well... Our Lord President... The Master!" QUE DRAMATIC DOCTOR FACE
Though The Master has to be Charles Dance Right?!
Day of the Doctor established that Rassilon and the high council were absolutely fucking mental, so the Major probably sorted them out when they got out of dodge. The Major granted the Doctor the regens probably (as he was the Doctor Who? voice)
Though The Master has to be Charles Dance
My vote is still for Craig Ferguson.
Richard E Grant would have been a great Master though I really want Peter Davison to play the Master one day. It'd be really cool to see.

This theme is so much better than the current one.
Peter Capaldi should be The Mast- ... oh, right...
If The Master comes back, I would love to see Moffat grow a pair. Imagine if he suddenly killed Clara in his first episode back. Heads... and TARDISes... would roll.

We still dont know who the fuck the "Silence will Fall" voice from the end of The Pandorica Opens was do we?
We still dont know who the fuck the "Silence will Fall" voice from the end of The Pandorica Opens was do we?
It was The Silence. I know - nobody saw that coming :v:
We still dont know who the fuck the "Silence will Fall" voice from the end of The Pandorica Opens was do we?
it was the silence/someone working with the silence right?
I just read an idea for the premise of an episode. What if the TARDIS translation circuit broke, and when the Doctor tries to talk to his companion he begins to talk in Gallifreyan and the companion doesn't understand him and he has to voluntarily speak English the entire episode with a weird accent until the circuit was fixed?
I really like the idea that the Master was responsible for the Doctor's new regeneration cycle, but I don't think they'll ever be allies. I think the Master needs the Doctor alive because he needs someone to fight against, and vice versa.
But the TARDIS doesnt translate Gallifreyan.
maybe not ancient or complex gallifreyan but it could translate the spoken language.

There is but one man to film Gallifrey on location.
I would give no fucks if Peter Jackson made a three-parter set directly in the Time War. Or did anything in the Time War. He's one of those directors who, when confronted with large scale warfare, doesn't need to condense it to a few men talking in a room. He builds wars big. I would pay a lot of money for that. [editline]7th March 2014[/editline] 1. A Time War trilogy featuring Paul McGann and John Hurt directed by Peter Jackson. 2. $$$$ There is no step three.

Mark Gatiss
"Peter has a very different energy to Matt Smith and to David Tennant," he said. "He's older which changes everything - it's amazing what a change does! "Matt was sublime and I was very sorry to see him go, but it's also great to have a change - as it has always been with the Doctor." "The Doctor's always the Doctor - but you can have a lot of fun playing with people's expectations," he continued. "Everyone knows how the previous Doctor would react in any given situation - and now you just don't know!" Steven Moffat has written Capaldi's first full Doctor Who episode, which Gatiss described as "thrilling" "disturbing" and "exciting"
Freeze, I need to know where they are filming on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. FIND OUT FREEZE
Fun fact about that Paddington movie - I was wearing his hat for reference photos for the DOP when he came to my company :v: [editline]5th March 2014[/editline] Also forgot to mention I'm moving to Montreal, Canada for at least a year and probably won't be around as much anymore (not that I am anyway). It's been emotional
Noooooo :( [editline]7th March 2014[/editline] Actually. To be fair. Things have moved in such a way I can't really post as much either. I maybe have gotten over the whole internet forum thing. I'll still lurk a bit as I like you guys but I won't be reading every post anymore which I have been doing for years. I'm simply too busy. I have a few of you on at least one social networking or other, if you're that interested drop me a PM, I can't promise a reply as I might never get round to reading  To days to come, and all my love to long ago. Cya later.
Mark Gatiss is coming to Brazil on wednesday hopefully I'll get a picture with him
