A higher budget for the american version would have forced BBC's hand to up the budget for the british version. It'd be much better in terms of quality compared to what it is now.

Both of those are really good episodes, there needs to be more episodes that show the darker side of the Doctor and the horrible things he is capable of. I really don't like the whole "Everybody lives!" and "Love solves everything" thing most episodes have now.

I just watched the Doctor Who Movie, it wasn't as bad as everyone says but it strays from a lot of the stuff we know and love.
Watching Rememberance of the Daleks, turns out Doctor Who as a tv show is canon in the show. One of the announcers on the TV Ace turns on says "This is BBC Television, the time is quarter past five and Saturday viewing continues with an adventure in the new science fiction series Doc-" Then the scene changes.

I follow the girl who Ed abused, and was reading the whole thing when it kicked off last year. And I've been following the stuff on Alex and Tom from the last few days. Apparently Olga, the girl Tom abused, filed a police report on Tom, and a lot of girls have been speaking about their experiences with Alex on Tumblr and such. It's pretty rubbish to know that people I used to look up to are such dirtbags, but I'm glad the people they abused are speaking out about it. Although I guess I deserve it for looking up to people just because they're semi-famous YouTubers.
What's also pretty shitty is that a lot of the things girls are saying about Alex - i.e. how he used to essentially emotionally manipulate them into doing stuff they didn't really want to do, and use technicalities and stuff - is exactly what he's doing now, with his "confessions" and stuff. He's sort of admitting to doing bad things, but then trying to get away with them on technicalities and painting himself in the best light he can. And most of the notes on his Tumblr posts are people trying to comfort him and shit like that.
But yeah, I didn't think to post anything here.
