It's The Doctor now, though. Nobody ever referred to him in the show as Doctor Who. It's just a way to reference the show more easily IRL I think. Saying just "The Doctor" wouldn't mean anything.

Peter seems to be showing so much respect towards the role. I really think he's going to do an amazing job.
Actually I'm fairly certain the main thing is the guy the show's named after
Doctor Hears a Who
Remember this trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hRy2N2CMhQ I completely forgot about it. When it came out it was the best thing ever (it still holds up pretty well even without the 50th hype). I miss the hype. That feeling on Friday the 22nd of November 2013 was amazing (and in retrospect was good, because the episode actually lived up to it!). BRING ON THE 75th (along with the other 25 years worth of Who that come with it)!
It is a great trailer but I think it hyped me in the wrong direction. I'm really hoping for a no build-up standalone new series anniversary episode. There is a precedent for multi-doctor stories just a year or two after a big anniversary special. And oh goodness am I happy to be baggage-free again. I hope we get a break from a serious plot arc until the very end of the season. (And stretch out the finale past one episode? It feels like single-episode finales tend to rush to their ending.)

Gotta complain about the differences between US and UK when it comes to covers: [thumb]http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/91XEktMRUIL._SL1500_.jpg[/thumb][thumb]http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/A1%2B%2BxkBOciL._SL1500_.jpg[/thumb] The UK's got the classy stuff, those two retro-style posters made for the promotion. [thumb]http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81vyHNRnqKL._SL1500_.jpg[/thumb] But US? Really? I can understand mixing up the modern-era TARDIS, but an explosion effect? On a simple drama? This thing just feels like a temp cover, it's so lame.
What the fuck that's not the case cover I voted for. Goddamn it
An Adventure in Space and Time - directed by Michael Bay
An Adventure in Space and Time - directed by Michael Bay
He has to rescue the US president from an exploding time paradox in the Whitehouse. The Tardis changes into a muscle car. :v: Also, he was to save Lincoln and Kennedy, temporarily.

Met a nice girl on the weekend, had a conversation with her that seemed to go on forever. Walking around, I bumped into her being escorted by security - I guess she's famous or something? Anyways, she recognised me and made a joke that i'm everywhere. Here's a photo of her. I bet she is, Martha was one of the best companions.
On the bright side with Who DVDs, US is finally getting Enemy of the World in that format near the end of May. That one really looks more appealing than Web of Fear. I'm excited for getting a copy of that story.
Just watched the reconstructed Moonbase. it was excellent, and I'd suggest all of you do the same. For those who already have, did it feel anything like The Waters of Mars story wise ?
It's been too long. Can't wait to see Classic Who regularly on TV again.
that's a great trailer!
is that Tom Baker narrating the trailer?
Why do TV channels always default to Attack of the Cybermen for a Sixth Doctor stories. I have different Sixth Doctor preferences than most but Terror of the Vervoids would be more fun and just as confusing continuity-wise, imo.
I'd prefer Vengeance on Varos for a 6th doctor story
is that Tom Baker narrating the trailer?
Sounds more like an impersonator to me, but maybe.
Nah that's Tom. He even released a press release about how exciting it is. He's old, he naturally sounds very different. An impersonator wouldn't sound like an impersonator. That's the point of an impersonator :v: And with that.. back I fade into the shadows.
