im gna hit u
I wanted to wait to watch most episodes because I like watching and discussing it with people in the moment to be fair!
That's why I'm sorta sad about the Cardiff premier to be honest. It's nice to watch it all at the same time.
train prices have thrown somewhat of a spanner in the works but i still really want to go
it's just a question of if i'm willing to shell out £45 for a train journey just to see one episode of Doctor Who

I'll all too happy for the chance to watch a second episode with an audience like that.
Why has The Doctor got hatred in his soul and stuff a Dalek would consider beauty and divinity :tinfoil:

It is offensive to us to extinguish such divine hatred.
Does it surprise you to know that Daleks have a concept of beauty?
Is 12 so full of hatred that even the Daleks couldn't bring themselves to kill him? :v: Oh...
The Doctor: You think hatred is beautiful?
Prime Minister: Perhaps that is why we have never been able to kill you

Why has The Doctor got hatred in his soul and stuff a Dalek would consider beauty and divinity :tinfoil:
I mean.. the dude really hates pears.
BRB convincing the Girlfriend to drive me to Cardiff for a Doctor Who screening even though she fell asleep both times she tried to watch the 50th as it was "daft".
I don't care if she has fun. I want to see this episode in an audience.
Edit:
Train is cheaper with a railcard. Probably will do that. Probably not though because I don't have a job and we'd have to stay in Cardiff and I can't afford this shit. I kinda want to wait until the Doctor Who Experience regenerates
Hmm, I think that Peter might be the start of the "Valeyard Doctors", and yes that S is on purpose.
You never know, they might show it in other cinemas like they did with the 50th.
BBC Wales director Rhodri Talfan Davies.
Rhodri Talfan Davies.
Heh.
Sounds like Davros.
For a moment, but then the voice heightened and yeah it's Nicholas Briggs.
And Grizz what effect are you talking about?
Oh and good the Doctor got the phone routed back to the console...I don't think he's very good at wiring.
Could it be Briggs as the Dalek Time Controller? It has personality :v:
And Grizz what effect are you talking about?
The x-ray extermination effect. Hasn't been seen since The Big Bang IIRC - despite having two episodes packed with Daleks and then an episode featuring the Time War. For shame.
Have the Daleks even killed anybody on screen over the last six years? Apart from each-other.
I really hope they do a worldwide simulcast like the 50th
I really hope they do a worldwide simulcast like the 50th
It isn't, sadly. Unless BBCA are hiding a second airing.

I got told off for burning the console making this ad! “
:v:
decided im definitely going to the screening, even if i have to go alone
if any of you nerds are going and want to go for a pint or something before/after you should PM me after booking the tickets
unless that would be too weird
Probably gonna go London. I imagine it'll screen there too
Suck it, Xandercom.
(this will probably make sense later)

Why make sense later when it makes sense now?

why post it now then?

I am so ready.
I don't get it.
I don't get it.
I'm guessing the next series' title sequence will one-up/stick a middle finger/both of the former to the guy who makes custom Who title sequences and is pretentious about it
Personally, I'm hoping they keep the 7b titles for continuity, but I understand if they want to revamp for the new Doctor (and considering the reception by some fans). Just that if it is changed, it'll be strange that this is the first time a Doctor's had 2 unique title sequences only used by himself (barring Pertwee's late-seasons titles which I consider identical enough to Tom Baker's to not count)
To hell with continuity, the 7b titles are all over the place.
We all know NV is still going to come out with a "LOOK WHAT I DID WITH SIX MINUTES NOTICE" counter.

I'm still disappointed that they tweaked the theme between The Snowman and Bells of St John. I liked the extra electronics. But what do I know - I think they got it right 50 years ago and it has been increasingly ruined ever since :v:
ETA: From the usual sources, Deep Breath is 75 minutes and episode 2 is called [sp]Into the Dalek?[/sp] Would fit Phil Ford's "Behind enemy lines" teaser.
The episode length would mean we're only missing 10 minutes of a 13-episode season. Assuming nothing is added to the finale.

Announced that there's a Doctor Who panel with Moffat at LFCC next Saturday. Just a thought.
Where can you get tickets? If you still can?

Treat it as more of an experience than just regularly watching an episode.
Hmm, I think that Peter might be the start of the "Valeyard Doctors", and yes that S is on purpose.
i still hope that the whole valeyard thing happens over time
as the doctor slips, does not follow his rules as he (pretends to) now, does not bother saving somebody here and there, and then just goes full-on time lord victorious
just going "oh no i've regenerated and i'm evil now" would be stupid
