I assume that going inside the TARDIS thing is from what someone said? I remember also seeing someone saying the same thing and I think he's just pretending honestly.

Heavy internal screaming right now, I'm just so happy.

Just would make more sense to me. Unless the current object is going to suddenly take on a whole new importance in Series 8. Seems odd to use something which hasn't been seen for four series / seven years as a metaphor.
Could be something completely different, though - or just along the same lines. What do I know about title design :v:

Oh shit son, I always loved that fan made intro, it is amazing that they are taking inspiration from that, I wonder how it will look when it is finished.
Capaldi has had a screening of Deep Breath tonight, apparently.

Suck it NeonVisual
I would prefer more time vortex and more TARDIS, but the idea of going inside a clock and blasting through the internal cogs into a time vortex is pretty neat.

When we get the movie-style poster, that's when we know shit's really going down.

The best part of that thread is when someone calls him out for double standards when it comes to 'fair use'
I've just noticed how aggressive this guy gets on YouTube when someone makes "fair use" of his work (even though his work is derivative of other people's anyway). Here's one of his posts:
"Anyone who re-uploads [any of my work] or butchers it into their own work gets a copyright strike against their account, or blocked from using youtube again if they have already had strikes in the past.• I take down about half a dozen thefts a week on here. Most people get the idea though."
So he's keen to stop anyone abusing his copyright but he has a fairly relaxed approach himself when it comes to using other people's copyright?
[editline]9th July 2014[/editline]
This pretty much sums up my opinion on the guy:
Well, he's aleady p*ssed away an awful lot of goodwill.
The guy clearly has some talent which he wants to be recognised in the industry. Yet he has now 'outed' himself as the sort of ungracious and unmanageable prima dona who nobody wants working for them.
His stuff while technically good also isn't creative really at all.
Really glad the opening that was chosen was chosen. :v:
I finished reading that whole thread and I'm really at a loss for words as to how he expects himself to be taken seriously in a professional workplace. Christ.

Alright, alright, I'll check this one spoiler...
Oh man oh god oh man oh god oh man oh god, this sounds like gold! Freakin' love that intro! That makes me way more willing to see the 7b titles go!

It wasn't ever between the two of them was it?!
I assumed the BBC just saw that one and decided to take a few bits from it.
Can anybody reassure me that the scripts aren't 90% witty one-liners and that characters have thoughtful conversations on the situation at hand?
Or do we have to wait until episode 7 for that? :v:

I only skimmed 1 and 4. The one liners were mostly in the Moffat script. That said his script was all thoughtful conversation the moment 12 clicks in. And I think 4 is so popular for the level of content to think about. I can't really say as I only skimmed it but a friend on Facebook messaged me to say how good they were and he's a major fan who has enjoy the show less since Series 6 started.
There is a key difference between the comedy in 11 compared to the comedy in 12: [sp]11 was bonkers and rambling and slapstick while firing off one liners. 12 is a straight man to everybody else.[/sp]
Only just realised that the fan made intro Freeze mentioned has been written about in the online version of the highly respected British TV guide the Radio Times.

It's getting lots of views today
It wasn't ever between the two of them was it?!
Don't think so.
I believe it was specifically Moffat who liked it.
Stop sitting around watching fan-made Doctor Who intros and get back to writing the 10th Anniversary series you magnificent Scottish fuck.
Only problem with that trailer is that the whole spinning clock background reminds more of Back To The Future than Doctor Who.

I await the day a maniacal laughing Dalek calls the Doctor a bastard.

Fan: Yeah just keep making awesome Doctor Who intros and themes and I'll keep watching. There should be a petition for the BBC to hire you.•
NV: people have tried lol, but the BBC doesnt work that way unfortunately
Heh.
Does anyone know for sure if the episodes actually got leaked? I was reading earlier that they were removed before anyone downloaded them.
Suck it NeonVisual
I still wish I could see his reaction the moment Day of the Doctor started and he was greeted with ye old classic 1963 titles rather than anything fancy like he envisioned. Funny bit is that he said in a BBC interview that he's not much into the Classic era, so I wonder how that entire Unearthly Child homage of a beginning would seem to him.
