No. He looks exhausted and walks around a bit.
I was under the impression that the only footage they had of that episode was from the Blue Peter clip used to promote Troughton's first episode. And that was only him falling and changing quickly.
I hope the Sydney one shan't be quite as awkard!

There's some low quality clips of Hartnell leaning on the TARDIS console messing with buttons before the camera cuts to the TARDIS console as he falls to the floor and Ben & Polly rush in to care for him. The Blue Peter clip is considered the "actual" surviving footage because of its better quality. Was this what you saw?
