I hope this series is a lot darker. Hopefully it'll be closer to Ecclestone's series, at the very least. I kind of want at least one series of Doctor Who where 'everybody lives' is something to celebrate again, rather than sigh at.

I thought the doctor said that there was a timelord who changed genders, the "corsair" or whatever? He mentioned it in that episode with the doctor's wife.
