[img_thumb]http://i6.minus.com/i2rA8SQtnYHjE.jpg[/img_thumb]
a version without the dinosaur would be really appreciated.
Fuck me, those need to be a 1920x1080 wallpaper. I tried my hand at the first one.. I know I could get the second one. [img_thumb]http://i6.minus.com/i2rA8SQtnYHjE.jpg[/img_thumb]
Can I have a version where it's just solid white?
Can I have a version where it's just solid white?
Weird request but here you go! [t]http://www.solidbackgrounds.com/images/1920x1080/1920x1080-white-solid-color-background.jpg[/t]
i was literally about to post that joke :v:
May wait to watch the next episode. I tend to have a better experience watching it on my computer than tv, guess it's just personal space
So yeah, there was the prequel whatsit to Deep Breath with Strax talking about the Doctor's past incarnations. But are we forgetting that he already did one almost identical last year:
I sure didn't. The online short version seemed more informative and interesting with its footage and Strax's outlook there. Really could've done with something more interesting, like that rumor Dan posted about it being a scene about Twelve crash-landing the TARDIS after TotD.
Anyone streaming the new episode soon?
Do you guys have any stream links for us Murricans? :rolleye:
You can watch it perfectly fine on BBC iPlayer while using Hola. It's really handy! I don't have access to a TV tonight, so I watch it on iPlayer aswell.
THe problem is you need a TV license, so that option's out.
I'm surprised iplayer is working for me this week, last week it wouldn't load at all, must've been swarmed because of the premiere
yeah but then the tv licencing companies do checks on you.
Okay, trying to use Hola on BBC is making the site shit itself hard. Are there any more alternatives?
Heading away from the computer! Capaldi versus Cowell... bare-knuckle, backstreet clashing. Seconds out... come on, PC! See you on the other side.
Dain is streaming again at http://livestream.com/dain_who
Deciding to just watch it on tv
One thing I'm really curious about - [sp]How does the Dalek know about his new regeneration? They haven't seen eachother yet in the series[/sp]
[sp]time travel[/sp]
[sp]ffs they just fucking told us the entire answer. WOOPS[/sp]
Oh yeah that answer too.
Damn this series got dark fast.
Do you mind creating a version where the image is more on the right hand side? My desktop has a lot of left hand icons so it would get partly covered and a lot of dead space would end up on display. If you don't mind?
[img_thumb]http://i1.minus.com/ibgh4TzU9EGPPO.jpg[/img_thumb] Newly improved one in the center; [img_thumb]http://i1.minus.com/ibb5MefBP6uywN.jpg[/img_thumb]
a version without the dinosaur would be really appreciated.
That'd be quit difficult with the original, his neck area specifically would look really wonky.
Holy shit when he ruthlessly let the soldier die and made a joke about him being the top layer of slime That caught me off guard
pretty much the same reaction as last week good, but not great
the classroom scene was awesome though.
Waiting for an In the Loop edit of the Dalek looking at the Dr's memories.
That was alright, i suppose. It wasn't bad but i was hoping for something a bit darker, at some points it didn't seem serious enough (especially with what happened happened towards the end).
how was that not serious? the only person making light of the situation was the Doctor and it makes it apparent that he's a fucking psychopath 12 is the best hands down jesus christ i love him
It feels like Ben Wheatley can't do action and suspenseful shots at all. When they went down that tunnel the shots were horrible.. and the opening part where the Doctor was meeting the Dalek for the first time fell flat. I think next week's episode is gonna be WAY better.
12 is great, but still haven't seen an episode I'd call awesome.
how was that not serious? the only person making light of the situation was the Doctor and it makes it apparent that he's a fucking psychopath 12 is the best hands down jesus christ i love him
i don't think he's psychopathic i just think it emphasises that he's definitely an alien.
i don't think he's psychopathic i just think it emphasises that he's definitely an alien.
he was joking about landing into slime made out of people, dude. I couldn't ever see 10 or 11 doing that. Or even 9. The way he dealt with Dolorous Ed being anti-bodied was also cold as fuck. 12 doesn't give a single solitary shit and it's 10/10
Glad we're past Wheatley, too, in terms of action scenes. Disjointed and messy. Solid episode, though. More heart and soul in a Dalek episode than most episodes for the last few years. Has Capaldi really only been The Doctor for two episodes? Class act.
