So I pinpointed my problem with the newest episode
Danny's whole "I don't do weird" scene
It really turned me off the character, and I hadn't exactly liked him from the start. Just when I had decided that I could begrudge him and Clara being together, Moffat comes out with that bull.
It's certainly not a filler episode as some accused.
It continues to develop the relationship between The Doctor and Clara. Danny and Clara progress. We're even presented with a new mystery (why DOES child Doctor always cry?).
Robots of Sherwood was a filler episode. You can skip it and Listen still makes sense.

A lot of the actors in Game of Thrones are just reliable jobbing British actors. Once you start to recognise them they start turning up all over British TV.
That and the two shows have schedules that compliment eachother

Matter of fact is, I usually have somewhere where my opinion is shared - tumblr, reddit, or indeed, facepunch. However, all three seem to love this episode in entirety, so I'm left with one friend as the only other person who shares my opinion. I'm sorry for getting so bothered about it.
