BBC has been moving Doctor Who around mostly as a ratings experiment. The whole time the fans have been saying "Your ratings will remain consistant if you stop moving it about and show it at 7 every night".
It's almost like the BBC heard us and are showing Doctor Who at 7 these days. Which is nice.
