Going back to the discussion on the previous page:
The Doctor is old. He is so old. But unlike the Face of Boe, who's had billions of years to reflect, he's been spending at least the last 1500 hiding behind an eccentric, cheerful persona, even after (he believed) slaughtering his entire species to prevent reality itself being torn apart, discovering the last remaining member of them other than himself, and then having to watch the only other remaining person who has any idea what it's like to have dominion over time and space die. Twice.
The Doctor is tired. He knows that somewhere out there is everything he knew as a child. And if that doesn't make you at least a little bit distracted, there's something up. All of a sudden, Earth to him is just a Planet of the Apes again.
[editline]30th September 2014[/editline]
Also, today I watched WATCH's rerun of Closing Time. It's interesting seeing Matt playing the Doctor again, I forgot just how different he was.

Comes out Friday (not the September release date promised by oh well)
[editline]1st October 2014[/editline]
I was not expecting Tom in this pack. That's my new Minecraft player sorted.
Of all the outfits to base Sarah-Jane on they choose the most infamous one.
Let's get fucking Noses Supposes back to his fucking... where is he?!

I feel I'm in a therapy group being run by my own rapist.
Infact that episode has my favourite Tucker moment from The Thick Of It
Fucking fuck me

It's got fans, that's for sure. T'was the one they decided to have her younger version sporting in Doctor Who: Legacy, for example.
Doctor Who Legacy is actually quite addictive. It's a generic iPhone game that you can pay to win but that's no fun. Just time consuming turn-based battles using a gem-swap game style that becomes quickly addictive.
Tom is the only one not to have given consent to use his image but apparently he recently gave it and he's coming to the game soon. I've currently got 12th Doctor traveling around with The Brigadier. It's great fun really. A fun Doctor Who themed time waster.

To be honest it's not really pay to win since you can earn everything through playing the game or grabbing promo code
I'm very much against rating shows and movies, I've never done it for any other review because I know that these things are subjective, as we all appreciate different styles and stories. With that being said, if it's grown-up Doctor Who that you're craving then Kill The Moon is as close to 10 out of 10 as you are likely to find.
Make no mistake, this is proper drama.
I can't see how. You can just keep grinding to level up your team and take on anything.
Arachnophobes everywhere will cringe in revulsion at the vicious and horribly convincing creatures pouncing from the shadows, while physicists may have a conniption at Kill the Moon’s fantastical denouement. But hey, this is Doctor Who at its creepiest best and you can’t fault the imagination and audacity of newbie writer Peter Harness, nor Steven Moffat and Peter Capaldi for pushing the Doctor to the edge of darkness and beyond.
First half of Series 7 is on the UK Netflix.
That's an insane amount of time shifts. Why do Doctor Who fans even put so much stock in overnights these days? They're irrelevant now.
Across the board, too. Take EastEnders, for example:
September Overnights:
2014 - 6.10m (30.5%)
2013 - 6.72m (31.8%)
2012 - 7.14m (32.6%)
2011 - 7.69m (34.9%)
2010 - 8.41m (37.3%)
2009 - 8.06m (37.9%)
DW is just following the trend. But with impressive consistency in the finals. We're now due our iPlayer stats for August, too...
They filmed in Lanzarote, which has these incredible volcanic vistas and craters; it looks a lot like the surface of the Moon – and it’s where, I think, they trained a lot of the original Apollo astronauts. Paul Wilmshurst, our excellent director – who I can’t really praise highly enough for the way he’s shaped and realised the story – was keen to have the very stark light that the blazing Lanzarote sun gives. It’s the same kind of unfiltered, harsh glare you get on the surface of the Moon.
So they shot there, in the blazing heat – those poor actors sweltering away in massive space-suits – and then graded down the colour of the rocks, and put in a dark sky and an Earth in the distance.
predicted self-rating for kill the moon: 8/10. maybe 8.5.

Still great, but you got my hopes up for 'I am the Doctor' which is (especially if you include it's variations) one of the greatest themes of all time.

You can actually use Google to search by image. I pasted the image in and it brought up a variety of sizes:
7680 x 2160
1920 x 1080
Best I could do. The only one of decent size without the TARDIS is the one you posted.
EDIT: God damn I got beat *cries*. Totally out done. Damn.
Those are gorgeous.

You'd smile if you were a 15 year old on The Moon watching some mad old alien being rude.
Infact I smile at that every night it's on.
