Doctor Who - Speculation and Spoilers Series 9 - General

Some hints from Doctor Who TV about the upcoming episode, nothing too spoilery: [sp]Opening line: “Start the clock” A sad smile Four would be proud of this offering! “Passing right through you, like a ghost” A vampire? “I let everyone else suffocate” The last hurrah “He has tried to entice me here before” Next time teaser – “Life support failing…”[/sp] Secret #3 is probably going to be [sp]jelly babies.[/sp]

#3 would make the episode the best regardless of how good it is.

Watched The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances for the first time since I was 8 last night. Wasn't as scary as I remembered but it's still creepy as fuck, great episodes. Jack is so good, I want him back ;_;

Clara's dress makes this episode 10/10 best episode

That was a nice episode, Clara changed her mind more times than I can count though, seems silly with her being so angry before, then alright, then angry again, and now she's alright again.

Well that was a pretty fine episode of Doctor Who, well thought out and put together. Not a classic by any means of the imagination but good.

I really hate Clara. A lot. The Doctor was once again 11/10 in that episode though.

This was SO much better than kill the moon. Proper proper good, and the next one looks superb as well. I wish I got to see that shrub planet though. Also wish Perkins stuck around for a bit.

I hope to see Perkins again. Seems like he'd play off brilliantly against the Doctor. And it'd be a nice change of pace to have a repairman around, and someone who would spend a lot of time just working on the TARDIS. Also good episode. I enjoyed it a lot.

After the way the that last bit ended, I honestly thought they were in the nethersphere, and was going to be a big cliffhanger of an ending. Also thought that this was definitely one of the most 12th Doctor-y performance so far, between the remorselessness and all the little mannerisms, and the way he was in that epilogue part on the beach.

Another solid episode met with more positivity because the previews didn't say it was 10/10 BEST EPISODE I'VE EVER SEEN. I'd give it a 7.5. :D

All the guest characters actually fit in this episode - like really well. Foxes's singing fit the theme of the Orient Express great and you could tell Frank Skinner was loving every second of it and yet was trying to hide it to seem cool to the Doctor (which completely fit the character).

I think that's just BBC Cardiff reusing sets/parts of Cardiff.

Complete bullshit that Clara was back from the very beginning of the episode. Wiping away that excellently done been-coming-for-a-long-time scene from the previous with that just seemed insulting. Liked the setting and story of the episode, but you know from the beginning Clara's blatantly not leaving. Now nothing at all has changed and she's totally happy with it. Great.

Great.[/QUOTE] That "this one moment that will change everything" is a joke, guys, we've been trolled by reviewers. Everything could have been done with minimum changes to today's episode. Freeze was right, by next week it will be as if nothing happened.
