Rendering the trailer out now. It's just over a minute long but I'm happy with it.

Nobody knows how fucking excited I am for this
Relax, that comic's from Doctor Who Adventures, a magazine marketed directly to the kids.

Save your frustration, this isn't what the likes of Titan or DWM are publishing.
Yeah, Doctor Who Adventures don't exactly have award-winning comic strips...

Also, looks like Saturday's episode is the one featuring the [sp]tiny TARDIS[/sp]: http://ichef.bbci.co.uk/images/ic/944x531_b/p028l9xv.jpg

Pretty good, but they dialogue was waaaaaaay too quiet
(just like the real show!)

I'll re-edit, was thinking that.

Hopefully the audio is an improvement. I'm using headphones that focus more on the highs and mids, so I can hear vocals fine but I've made sure to lower the bassy effects too.

That's amazing !! Good work !!
So do you remember that time Capaldi played George Harrison:

Because I sure did.
[editline]14th October 2014[/editline]
Also John Lennon is played by Mark McGann (Paul's brother)
Me too, *SNORING INTENSIFIES*.
Changed a line in it so it sounds better :v: I'm never happy!
Thanks for the comments, I'm always open to constructive criticism as I want to be one of the best one day.
Open to any new ideas, such as episodes from this series.
Listening to Light at the End at last.
Tom Baker sounds like he isn't really acting as he is reading. The others you can all imagine moving and doing their Doctor thing. But Four sounds like he's standing still and reading a voiceover. I can't tell if it's the writing or what.
Here's a clip of Flatline but it's relatively spoilerish so I wouldn't recommend watching it (including the thumbnail which is why I haven't tagged it):

i know it's a science fiction show and stuff like that is acceptable but the way that was phrased just sounded really off

[sp]I swear that mini-TARDIS looks like one of the toys they sell around.[/sp]
i know it's a science fiction show and stuff like that is acceptable but the way that was phrased just sounded really off
The phrasing is definitely correct though - the definition of the word 'hacked' (or at least one of them) is to 'gain unauthorized access to data in a system'. In this scenario the Doctor is accessing the visual data from Clara's eye (the eye being the system). It's definitely not authorized.

The phrasing might be correct from a dictionary viewpoint, but "hacking" is not a word I would use in a script when the context is a living organism - especially since "hacking" in general is applied to almost exclusively technology. Maybe if he was simplifying it to explain a more advanced version then it would make sense. Kinda like
"I've reversed the polarity of the neutron flow"
"What"
"I did the thing"
I started to play that Doctor Who Infinity game yesterday because it was the only thing on my phone that I hadn't played and I was in a boring as fuck lecture and it's actually alright, nice little time killer. I don't like microtransactions in games because it usually means they're pay-to-win but it's actually alright to play even if you don't spend any money. Would recommend.

I think anything is going to be alright in a boring as fuck lecture. Even having my arm cut off in a boring lecture would be alright. Unbalanced judgement :v:
Oooeer, that looks better than I thought it would. Hopefully there'll be some cool perspective illusion things

you don't have to buy the time crystals but if you buy 6 of them you get access to the fan area which gets you levels that get you some costumes for the characters

Liking the effects. This is going to be one of those interesting episodes. Doctor Who needs more clever ideas like this.
flatline looks like it could be really good
That's exactly what I thought when I saw the trailer
This is actually shaping up to be a really good episode. I look forward to it.
Why is it that the TARDIS doesn't rattle and crash about when in ordinary flight anymore?
DW Answer: The Doctor has fixed the old girl up over time - plain sailing!
Real Answer: They gradually forgot about it. (Deal with it, DanNerdCubed )
How did Orson Pink get the SB6 spacesuit?
It's not an SB6 spacesuit in the news footage, it just looks like one *cough* Also, The Doctor used the TARDIS clothing replicator to make several more. After noticing that Pink's suit was in a terrible state, he let him borrow one.
What was hiding under Rupert's bed sheet?
At every point, there are two explanations for the phenomena they encounter. It was either a creature, or a kid wearing a mask.
Are the Paradigm Daleks ever going to reappear?

Incidentally - since things are chugging along well.
This should be the second week the ratings will have risen (having only dipped to 6.82m), and the consistency of the ratings for this run is unprecedented.
Of the seven episodes post the première, the total range of the ratings will be just 0.47m, with the largest gap between episodes just 0.27m. Such a small range, and small gap, over that many episode is a whole new level of consistent.
On the one hand this does mean no post-8m peaks, on the other hand every other series, bar 1 and 7, had recorded a lower rating than 6.82m by this point.
**
Capaldi is also the man to herald four Top Ten episodes at the start of the series. An unprecedented feat for the modern series of Doctor Who.
Moffat, you're facing harsher criticism than that what the Paradigm Daleks got with just River Song alone. Just spine up and put them back in, do we really fricking need the exact same design for 10+ years on?
