the 10 year anniversary will be the best thing ever.
sadly I don't think they're going to do a special for it. obviously nobody can tell this far in advance but I can just feel it.
this far in advance
You mean five months?
Day of The Doctor had finished filming five months before it aired.
You mean five months?
It's very possible they've already started working on it and it's so under wraps even I don't know about it.
This is of course assuming that if I knew something I'd say something about it which is crazy. So who knows? Maybe I'm lying (I'm not).
Day of The Doctor had finished filming five months before it aired.
Yeah and Flatline finished production ten days before it aired. Different things can be finished in different time advancements.
So was the tardis dropped because Fenton wanted the 2-Dis?

While we're on the subject of the tenth anniversary, me and EG19 were thinking of organising a Doctor Who thread meetup some time in March next year, since a) it's looking pretty likely that the BBC aren't gonna be making that much of a big deal of it and b) it's something most of us want to celebrate in some way. I mean, the whole reason we're even here (save for a few of the fans of the old series) is the fact that it started back up again in 2005.
That's about as far as we really discussed it, though. I figured if I mentioned it here we'd be able to plan out a place that would be easy for those who were interested to get to, maybe find a place / pub to meet up at and get smashed / somewhere to hang out and watch some episodes and drink some beers and have a jolly ol' time together
what d'you guys think?
depends on where we'd host it
if anyone under 18 wants to come we'll have to work something else other than a pub out obviously
just dont be under 18 and the problem is solved
just dont be under 18 and the problem is solved
it's simple enough, i've been doing it for years now
[sp]he's not leaving after one series[/sp]
Well hopefully he has a 4-5 series run if not 3-4

Let me save the money to fly from Canada to the UK :v:
Meet ups sound great but I would probably be terrified. I'm very shy hah
In Day of the doctor what timeline period was Tennant from and where is it placed in Matt's run
In Day of the doctor what timeline period was Tennant from and where is it placed in Matt's run
Just After Planet of the Dead or Waters of Mars
In Day of the doctor what timeline period was Tennant from and where is it placed in Matt's run
Inbetween The Waters of Mars and The End of Time.
I'd be already happy if they did for the 10th Anniversary of new who a short like Time Crash, but then with 9 as 5, and 12 as 10.
I very doubt it though it would happen, but would still be a nice surprise if they did.
"Because you know what Doctor? You were my Doctor (even though the actor playing me is like six years younger than you)."

I guess Doctor Who experience is the best place for a Doctor Who meet. But it would be nice to hang out as people instead of Doctof Who fans. Like a bar in London (as it's an easy place to reach even from abroad) or a night doing something. But then we got to consider different ages too....
Freeze, the answer is obvious. Get us a group set visit.

Ha, just seen/heard Capaldi's trail for The Doctor and the Dalek.
"Oi you! Short and not very old one!"
From the critics that brought us 100/10 Kill the Moon?
No from Outpost Skaro who don't give numbers and were a bit "eh" to Kill The Moon.
I thought you two weren't reading forums, the news or pre-release stuff for the rest of the series?
I ended up coming back. I was pretty out of the loop for the last two episodes though and it was great. But now I'm back to being unemployed and bored.
