Well, there's small low-quality clips and screencaps, mainly. And that's only the last part of the serial that's missing, the first 3 of the four episodes that make up it are still around.

I really feel like there is going to be a tie in to the library from Forest of the Dead, and how the planet was able to copy the consciousness of people who have died. Who knows, maybe Missy is not Miss C, but is actually Miss E and is Miss Evangelista. Although that wouldn't explain why she called the Doctor her boyfriend, or why she's suddenly Scottish.
But still, I'll stand by the library comparison.

Considering what a nightmare traveling would be to get it or a cast to a filming location and stage, chances are low they could use this, but it's nice to know its in good hands. Also, the TV movie cast reunite around it:

Nah, the only reason it was like that for the War Doctor was because it had been damaged in the time war. 8 would have the elegant and refined interior from the movie

It'd be a lot cheaper for the production team to just reuse it and use that as justification rather than rebuilding the original McGann console for 60 seconds of screen time.
