How you doing, Clara?
one person, one trip.
True, but once The Doctor eventually figures out Clara was lying about Danny he could figure something out, Danny said the thing didn't have enough power for anything more than that last trip, then The Doctor could find some power. Hell he could use the bloody Tardis to power the Hard Drive.
I was gonna come in here and complain that Missy wasn't dead an I wasn't sure why people assumed she was, but then I went back and looked at the episode again and the cyberlaser is very clearly shown, albeit in the far left side of the screen http://i.imgur.com/AOrBb33.jpg And now all I can think is... well... that fucking sucks. Why would they do that? Hopefully she wasn't killed but was just sent somewhere. To my knowledge Cybermen weaponry only makes stuff explode, not vaporize into thin air. Overall it was an okay episode, definetely not horrible but not a good followup to last weeks. Oh well...
if the doctor can get shot by a dalek and not even change his face then missy can survive a fucking cyberman
Found this, would make a great billboard in the series. (Jon Singh is a 'pun' of John Simm, or just a typo) Was on Deviantart.
if the doctor can get shot by a dalek and not even change his face then missy can survive a fucking cyberman
the difference is when the doctor got shot by a dalek he didnt vaporize into thin air
Rose was vaporized in to thin air, once. Looks can be deceiving.
I hope the guy who wrote Flatline gets in charge of S9
Steven Moffat is in charge of S9.
Steven Moffat is in charge of S9.
~time can be rewritten~
the difference is when the doctor got shot by a dalek he didnt vaporize into thin air
do you really think that cybermen possess the tech to just fucking vaporize a time lord like that
Rose was vaporized in to thin air, once. Looks can be deceiving.
Rose wasn't subject to the badassery that is five rounds rapid from Based Brig
The Doctor takes seven lumps of sugar in his tea.
In the end no one got to know who was the Impossibre Girl after building up for so many seasons
They revealed that years ago [editline]8th November 2014[/editline] I wonder how many people turned off before the mid-credits scene
"Missy, The Master... whatever you call yourself..." Missy mimed "It doesn't matter" :v:
In the end no one got to know who was the Impossibre Girl after building up for so many seasons
The Master was keeping The Doctor and Clara together because she's the "perfect" companion (she's not, she's an egotistical psychopath) The Master just wants Senpai to notice her ;_;
Tears at The Brig scene. Tears at the TARDIS pounding. That was the most emotionally intense shit I've seen The Doctor do. The Master is cruel. Oh look. Just like 90% of Master stories, The Master died seemingly with no chance of survival.
Did I miss something? When did they explain why Clara/Oswin exists in different times and places?
..The Name of the Doctor
Did I miss something? When did they explain why Clara/Oswin exists in different times and places?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Name_of_the_Doctor
Did I miss something? When did they explain why Clara/Oswin exists in different times and places?
did you actually watch the last series or what
Also "after so many series". One series. Where it was resolved at the end. Not even that. HALF a series. Where it was resolved at the end. 6 episodes. A third of the time Clara has been on screen. Tiny exaggeration there Sam.
You know the Capaldi/Gomez scenes just made me sad that the Doctor/Master series joke was just a joke.
She'll be back. Just like Anthony Ainley dying in Planet of Fire. Simm dying in Last of the Timelords. After Delgado they pull the "The Master is dead now" card every single time. It's practically a character trait.
Please bring her back. I adore her as the master.
Also what about all the people still in the Hard Drive? It couldn't have just been Danny and the kid in the end, The Doctor thought Danny got out sure... But there are still god knows how many people still inside said thing. Wouldn't he at least try and save them, put them somewhere I dunno... better, perhaps not Earth, but somewhere else? It clearly had the ability to bring them back as living breathing humans if the little kid was anything to go by.
Save them? From an Afterlife? The alternative is gross over population and risk bringing back some awful people. The Doctor and The Master have left humanity with a guaranteed afterlife.
so how the fuck did she escape
So yeah, this is a thing now.
so how the fuck did she escape
Gallifrey? Stole a TARDIS. Left. Probably broke some rule of reality of did some kind of evil? Cyber blast? Teleport? The Cyberman were designed to not injure her but teleport her back to her TARDIS? Most times The Master has survived unavoidable death it's not been explained. You don't ask. The Master cheats death like Daleks yell "EXTERMINATE".
So scene with Seb and Missy in the "afterlife" Was that real missy or a copy?
what are you guys talking about? the hard drive was wiped and shut down... the minds that were in it were put into the cybermen and then the cybermen were destroyed. those people are now truly dead.
So scene with Seb and Missy in the "afterlife" Was that real missy or a copy?
Real, the core just converted her into data whenever she entered and reconverted her into matter once she left.
what are you guys talking about? the hard drive was wiped and shut down... the minds that were in it were put into the cybermen and then the cybermen were destroyed. those people are now truly dead.
Then how come Danny was still alive in the end, he was a Cyberman, and he was obviously destroyed.
what are you guys talking about? the hard drive was wiped and shut down... the minds that were in it were put into the cybermen and then the cybermen were destroyed. those people are now truly dead.
No at the end Danny was communicating from the Nether Sphere. There minds all went back once the bodies were destroyed. Danny sent the boy back using the bracelet.
Watched more Thick of It last night.... ...got to see Malcolm Tucker flying through the air, tonight (while Ollie looked impressed) :v: Yet I still can't merge the characters when I'm watching either. Capaldi is the best thing to happen to Doctor Who in many years.
