Because her scenes looked completely different from the rest of the Nethersphere. I know that's because different directors but I imagine it was in the scripts too. It works as an in-canon explanation.

Serious question - how were the physical forms recovered in the Matrix? Uploading dying minds is one thing, allowing the kid to walk back in to the real world is another. If their real bodies were being converted in to Cybermen, where did they get their new ones from? :v: Guess they just had to Moffat in to existence for it to work.

Missy's bracelet seemed to defy the rules and allow her to travel physically into the Matrix and out of it. Maybe it could've brought the minds into physical form in the same way.
She didn't really need the bracelet to do that though as in the past The Master has landed a TARDIS in The Matrix hasn't he?

I anticipate everybody else has very different ideas. That's how Doctor Who usually is. But I don't think I've had that many episodes in Great and that little below Okay since Series 3.
For me Series 8 is a triumph.

I personally think there's been good individual episodes but as a season it feels muddled and not really great.
I'd say overall season 5 had the best story and was a better overall season, but we got the best doctor now.

Kinda late but I completely agree. There were no surprises like previous finales and everything was easy to predict if you'd watched any of the past few seasons.
Missy didn't seem like The Master at all apart from seeming [I]crazy[/I] at times and I missed the real rivalry between The Doctor and The Master.

Time Heist was a really great episode but the ending could've been better. All of the Harold Saxon references throughout season 3 were great, felt like they could've easily added more hints to the finale.
