Matt Smith with a child who had just had a heart transplant. The kid had no idea who he was meeting. Uploaded this month but took place in February which is why Matt has his awesome hair in place.

Haha when the actors were announced I thought "this better be the ultimate British crossover" and it was.

I can see it now. The Queen wants Bond to stop Moriarty but Bond is overseas and Sherlock is dead and The Doctor appears and is like "I'll do it" and echoing Mirrens comments in the papers recently she'll say something like "I'm sick of that ridiculous man and his female companion.... which is why I shall accompany you on this one Doctor" and then Helen Mirren is the companion. Q tries to give him gadgets but every single one can be emulated by the Sonic Screwdriver, so he tries to give him a car and The Doctor shows him the TARDIS. Oh it's the stuff dreams are made of.

But instead of a Sherlock/DoctorWho cross-over they could've done something about the 12th Doctor. Every actor in the video is heavily rumoured/wanted to be the next Doctor so why not do a sketch where they all play The Doctor?
