How hard is studying for a BTEC? I'm Starting college this September for a BTEC Level 1 and was just wondering if I could slack off and still pass.
Oh and I should be getting my results today but getting kicked out of most schools I go to doesn't really help. :v:... :crying:
I can always re-take them.
But I did take Key stage Level 1 and 2 tests for maths and Engrish, Passed both with flying colors, got the certificate for them, college is like "whao infwago broskie you can join our institute of learning no problem!" and I re-took the key-stage tests in the interview for college and passed them again, I've got something to be chevved about.
Oh and I'm in Year 11.
I can't sleep. I get my results at 10am. :|

Okay, it's a little early but I'm off to my school, I usually take a public bus but I'm gonna walk it, it's a nice morning and will help me calm down :)

Is year 11 the penultimate year in the UK like it is in (most of) Australia?
Just checked my Applied ICT result online (its the only one you can check online atm) and got 2 A*'s from it :smile:.
Woke up and remembered its results day, waiting for the letter, don't think my school has anything online.
Getting the first year results but also the ICT result from both years. (since I did it in half the time)

Last year of mandatory education.
I need 5 passes to get into 6th form and certain grades.
If I don't get into 6th form I don't get Batman Arkham Asylum and my mum looses £100 a month.
A lot relying on it.

Also if I don't I don't get a new computer, I've been without the ability to play modern games for about 6 months now.

Your teacher should of handed out a little personalised slip from Edexcel with the information and pin number needed to register online. If you dont have that then its a no go im afraid.

Goddamnit!! Oh well, my ICT teacher being badass in every aspect of life kind of makes up for that i guess.
Hopefully i'll meet my expectations, however I think im going to fail art badly since i pretty much treated it like a free session.

I got fucked over with my ICT course, my teacher in Year 10 made us use templates and didn't tell us what we had to do properly so im failing.
Initial fun time yippee is over now.
Congratulations to everyone else who achieved their grades.
Gonna go in soon. Getting results from the unit 1 science modules of the triple science award. Only gcses I took. We pretty much have to all get a*s, otherwise we're considered failures. Not good.

I hope you have bigger worries related to not getting into 6th form than just a game.
Mien ought to be fine, I need a B+ in maths and History and I'm fine, the other 11 GCSEs don't really matter, I'll get a A-A* in both Maths and History so not really sweating.

Our teacher screwed ours up too, by the end my coursework was 300 pages long, way more than it's supposed to be and not even A quality because she never told us what to put in.

I took 8 and I dropped out of three.
