you do realise that they give grades in terms of how well people did
so the people who got the top 5% of the marks get an A* and top 15% get an A and so on.

I'm pretty sure they only change the grade boundarys slightly depending on results.

Good job. What are you planning to do in sixth form?
13 GCE's? Christ.
I got about 10 last year which i'm happy about. Believe me the step from School to College is very big.
I done my maths GCSE this year so i got the results, i got a B so i am happy enough :)
When I got my A levels I was in France so my mum had to tell me over the phone what I got and if I'd been accepted onto my first choice university.
The horrible woman told me I'd failed, just to scare me. And she put on a pretty convincing act too.
Meh, didn't get what I expected, but got enough to stay on the course of my choice

4c's,1b,1g (Art, nothing too serious) and 3d's(1 in language another in maths, resits for me then.)

Well I improved in most subjects when I started it, apart from literature it was my sleeping lesson. I wouldn't have passed ICT without it either because it really made me concentrate for the 4 days where I did pretty much everything in ICT.
[editline]12:42PM[/editline]
I will be cutting down to 1 day a week only when I'm college though.
