At least I'd die happy, having her pull me close and getting to feel warm while she was stabbing my guts out and my unprocessed faeces and other bodily fluids were pouring over her perfect blouse (at least, that's how I'd imagine it instead of some plaid jacketshirtthing) and the wooden floor.
Also, I mutilated my genitals to look like dried grainy cat vomit and have a bunch of spongy holes that function as access ports so AI can use their wires to connect to my nerves and influence my brain that way.

Spike Jonze is great, Being John Malkovich and Adaptation were really damn good. Plus I like movies like this when the lines between sci-fi/fantasy and reality are blurred.

The AI gets glitchy and her memory gets wiped, and he has to live with the fact that the AI he loved is no more. Or the company takes her back and he never sees her again.
