• Why do job applications need such awkward questions -.-

If you're going for your first job it's an extremely awkward question, but if you've ever worked before you really shouldn't have trouble with it. "Where do you see yourself in 10 years" is probably the worst question to get asked.
Worst question I think is 'Why do you want this job?' or similar. Err well let me see... I want this job because I want money?
Yeah, job applications / interviews are a pain in the butt, I mean, the awkward questions make sense if you're going for a highly-skilled, high paying, complicated job but, it's like, you just wanna clean loos or some shit and they're like "what will you bring to the company?" and it's like, uh, cleaning stuff? ... Fast?
i've had "what is your favorite 70's song and why?" and "what is your most embarrassing moment?"
You want an awkward question? If you have had a relationship with someone in your previous place of employment how did it turn out?
"Where do you see yourself in 10 years" is probably the worst question to get asked.
Don't say doing your wife, don't say doing your wife. "Doing your.... son?"
your to stupid to have a job OP.
Oh the irony.
Sounds like a question they'd use on a English final for an ECR.
"Do you feel guilty when you masturbate?"
"i was playing domination on crash and we were at 195 the other team had 198 so at the last second i captured c and we dominated them and won 200-199 shit was cash"
That actually happened to me before, shit was so cash Actually it was more like 150 - 199 and after we won 10 women emerged out of nowhere and hopped on my dick true story bro
my job description asked how far my bumhole can stretch i said 9 inches and i got the job
