40% of 75cl = 300ml of pure alcohol
One unit (one half pint) is 10ml of pure alcohol

Probably not on the floor but I'd be in no state do do much but stagger into things.
I don't often get properly wankered tbh, if I go out I usually stick to 4-5 beers unless it's a special occasion.
