I was professionally 'diagnosed' with it when I was 10 due to my reserved nature. However, as time progressed, it became apparent that a PDD was not the problem. My social in-adeptness happened as a result of two things - being more intelligent/educated than most people in my area and poor parenting from my father. I've come to be quite social.
