That was a fantastic twist. As soon as Vader talked about friend, I instantly knew, but the face reveal was still too damn good.

I'm glad to see them on video together again. Even if I'd heard they weren't enemies or anything, it was still kind of spooky to see Jon just disappear from GameGrumps and Arin never commenting on it ever.

I wonder if we'll ever know the full truth behind their separation, but in any case, this was a heartwarming return to better times. Gamegrumps just isn't the same without Arin and Jon Duo.

Let me tell you something about this

I was a fan of Game Grumps since day one since I had been a fan of both Jon and Arin seperately, and I had shit my fucking pants when i heard they were going to be playing games together daily, since they were both content-lacking but hilarious. So my heartbreak when Jon left that show was really really tough. Not to mention the amount of drama circulating around the two and Jon basically calling Arin out on the subreddit and Arin's complete silence on the matter. When Jon and Arin had that one photo together it felt really nice because that was seriously an unbeatable duo, and I constantly wondered if they'd ever do anything together again.

So seeing that finale was literally a crazy amount of closure on the matter and even though I don't know them personally and I'm just some dude, it really does feel peaceful and I'm happy for them both

Especially considering how real it felt (the lines were so clearly between Jon and Arin and had nothing to do with Star Wars) and the execution of the conversation seemed very much closer to some sort of adaptation of a real conversation between the two. It felt good. And it's completely surreal.
