I think it was better that way. Now we know the existence of not only this shitty movie but OTHERS made like it
I wrote a review for my blog of "The Halloween Puppy", a movie made by the same people.
It takes place in the same exact softcore porn mansion and has Eric Roberts (that one mobster from The Dark Knight) ALSO voicing the talking animal in that too.
It's fucking horrid.
Jon spotted on Google Maps, in YouTube's New York space.

For some reason, I feel like that convenient shot of Jon might have been intentional like he decided to pose for the cam or something.

Ahh the good days of Game Grumps, where I would actually laugh per episode and not every 10.

I don't know about anyone else, but I unscribed the day John left and have watched it since, with the exception of part of Sonic Boom.

Same here. There were a few things with Danny that I kinda liked, but in the end I just left. Nothing worth sitting in my subscription feed.
I tried giving Danny a chance, but no one could replace Jon.
Danny is a cool guy but him and Arin aren't nearly as great a comedy duo.
It's not a simple matter of Danny being less funny than Jon was, Arin is less funny without Jon as well. They just don't synergize as well, at least most of the time they don't.

Jon and Arin were more of a duo whereas nowadays it feels like Arin hosting a show with Danny as a guest
It's a totally different dynamic and not exactly what I watched Game Grumps for back when it first started.

That's because Arin and Jon were pretty big before Game Grumps. Sure Danny had NinjasexParty before Game Grumps, but it was nowhere near as big as the JonTron Show or Arin's cartoons. Jon and Arin were what made Game Grumps popular, while Game Grumps is what made Danny and NSP more popular.
FTFY
Yup thanks for fixing it for me.

Danny and Ross are pretty reminiscent of Jon and Arin IMO
So it's just Jon being upset like everyone else it that a private server got Shut down by Blizzard. This has happened before right? I mean this seriously can't be a bunch of people's first server shutdown.
Not even taking down what he said, but of course Blizz was going to do this eventually. They want attention front and center on the Warcraft movie and Legion. They're afraid of it doing well and unintentionally siphoning money away from retail WoW. That they'll have to make legacy servers too and have even more maintenance and shit.
I just don't see why folks have to get THIS mad though. It's literally Jon just moaning for 9 minutes about his favorite Private server going down and smacking around Blizzard because he's upset.
He's right to be upset, and so are others because I understand folks loved this server, but why get mad over something that wasn't going to last forever anyway? Just be fucking happy it existed and there were good times had, and OTHER private servers will come up in the future, there's a Burning Crusade server getting set up in Russia as I type this, shit's not the end of the fucking world.
Also, I'm about to upset the thread, I know Jon cares about production quality, but we do wait long periods of time, and the in-between content can be enjoyable, but this was weak.
[editline]10th April 2016[/editline]
Also the server was going down anyway due to money issues with paying for the server, what difference does it make if Blizzard shut it down, or if it died on it's own? The chance for us to start some "Angry Anti-Blizzard Crusade" over MORE inane pointless bullshit? I already had my fill of that from the Tracer fiasco.
The video was still entertaining, even as someone who has literally no real experience with WoW besides for private servers like 8 years ago. I have no problem hearing his opinion on the matter, especially when he fully acknowledges that Blizzard is technically in the right, he just wishes Blizzard cared. He's not acting entitled or in the right at all.

I didn't say he was acting entitled or in the right. He's mad, I understand why he's mad.
But Jon isn't trying to see from their perspective beyond "It's in their legal right and it's their IP".
They have two major things to promote, a movie, and an expansion, the expansion which is their last chance to show they still give a modicum of a shit for World of Warcraft, before subs start to legit plummet, and that last thing they want is something free.
Because Humans want free naturally, and would people want to stay in a retail Pay to play game that still uses the Subscription model from the early 2000s? Or a version of the same game, minus the expansions mind you, for entirely free. No Subs, no Pay to Win, no microtransactions, nothing. Just get an account, download the game, and you're good to go. And Blizzard doesn't want attention to a popular private server. Because the more popular something get's the more attention it gets. The more attention it gets, the more people frolick to there, especially folks disgruntled with modern WoW. Naturally, as a buisness, Blizzard would see that they lose alot of money this way, the more people leave retail WoW to wither and die, and head toward the free to play WoW. It's not rocket science to see all the reasons why Blizzard specifically shut down this server.
I don't understand how Blizzard dropped the ball so hard with Warlords; Mists was almost as solid as Wrath, so how did they mess up with the expansion after Mists?
