I once tripped on a stone
Same here. broke both my arms, four breaks on left two on right.

You should thank your friend by sucking his dick... well once your better of course, Oh and recored it.. yeah.
My mother was biking last weekend and went through a puddle, had slime at the bottom and the bike went right out from under her. She compounded her knee, got a bone chip and a fracture. She has to wear a brace for the next 5 or so weeks and her leg is still swollen as shit.
Are you suing the school?
The only way you can die from falling 1 meter is if you're a baby or hit your head on a sharp object.
You're horribly underestimating the human body, we're not as fragile as you think.
I fell from 1 meter when I was about 1 years old, might have been less/more/older/younger I don't know since my mother told me about it. But anyways the point is that babies heads are actually less fragile than older kids heads since the baby ones are squishy or some shit because they're not fully developed, at least that's what the doctors told my mom.
Also, I've been very careless in my life(fallen off bikes, falling from trees, hitting head on floors) but I've never broken a single bone in my body, sorta feel like I'm missing out on something sometimes.
and people still drive without seatbelts
My father was driving recklessly with some friends a few years ago on a road with a steep incline at one side, took too sharp a turn and the truck rolled over. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt at the time, so instead of being stuck in a rolling car they all fell out through the back window. They all survived, glass in their back but scars heal. The truck wasn't as lucky, however. Rolled all the way down the hill and into the woods, ended up catching on fire. Not wearing that seatbelt that night was one of his best decisions.
And people still drive without seatbelts.
I remember this time as a kid I was climbing in a tree that had loads of bushes under it, I fell 1 meter or something and landed in the bushes, I wondr what would've happened if I had fallen on the concrete.
Bornholm, eh?
Danish in itself is hard to understand.
When it's Bornholmdanish.. you don't understand a shit. I'm danish myself, and I don't understand half of what they're saying.
Are you suing the school?
haha that would be great... but In Denmark you can't sue a school for something you've done yourself...The only way to sue a school is If you have been molested by a teacher or something like that...

You wouldn't get jackshit out of it anyway.
The Tønder case " only " got 125 k. And those people were raped on a daily basis. For 7 years or something.
With a single digit number it sounds like nothing. Shit, now I'm more afraid of heights.
You lied, you fell 3m, Rolled another 3. ROLLING is not falling. However i wish you luck.
at least you are alright man.

:saddowns:
i fell off my chair and survived
Have a friendly optimistic. For you decided to fuck that rock, and land perfectly.
I know how scary it is to fall from such a tall height, when I was 13 I fell off the roof of my friend's house into the back yard. I must've been about 4 meters up, I guess a mix of soft dirt and being young saved my life because all that happened was I got the wind knocked out of me. No broken nothing. I was shitting my pants for the entire ordeal though.

I fell from somewhere up there. I don't know where exactly. The picture is just one I found on Google.
Sorry about the fall man, that sucks. Glad you're okay. Keep on keeping on. :D
Not only are you probably bullshitting or exaggerating, you also don't know the difference between jumping and falling.
Look at the second guy.
OP, you should be in that list.
This guys must have been augmented.
I once dove into a swimming pool at a 90º angle, where it was only 90 cm deep. I felt really stupid, I still don't know how I forgot that.
I split open my forehead right in the hairline (in a vertical slice). There was blood everywhere. I was lucky though, as I could have easily broken my neck, or even lost consciousness and drown.
Shit, I get chills when I think about it.
Just posting another random picture of the place:

For some reason 6 meters doesn't seem far to me.
I know it is in actuality, but to me myself it doesn't seem big.
weird i found this cos i have been in a similar situation
on 6 april me and my mate where snowboarding in the french alps when i accidently fell down a steep slope, at the bottom of said slope was a 30 meter (90 ft) cliff that i fell all the way down avoiding some rocks and narrowly escaping death. i broke the l2 of my spine and was in hospital for just under a month in grenoble. my mate also fell and was in hospital for a week with a broken shoulder blade and some damaged organs. the fall was kinda broke by the thick snow but was still well traumatic. after being in hospital had to stay in a hotel for a week cos it coincidently happened when that fucking ash cloud from finland came over and stopped all the flights. but i nearly didnt live and i had a dependance for morphine while i was in hospital. it was shitty.

That's because you're just sitting in your chair, imagining it. If you actually were 6 meters up in the air, I don't think that you would want to jump down from there. It's the same height as 2-3 floors. The next time you're 2-3 floors up in the air, imagine that you would jump down from there. It's a pretty long way down.

Damn. That had might been even worse. Do you remember how you felt the days after it happened?
That must have hurt like hell. Is your arm good again?
Good as new, got into a snowmobile wreck shortly after, (being around 8 months ago)
That is my current problem. Tweaked my back REAL good.
This guys must have been augmented.
It's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden deceleration. If you landed on a big pine tree, for example, the branch you land on would break and slow you a little, and on and on. It would hurt like fuck and you would break a few things, but you would be alive. In theory.
Your lucky, not really the same but a team we were playing in Rugby a while back a kid chipped his neck he was fine but god dam it was cutting it close.
