This is a raffle for Metro 2033, nothing else, because people voted for this game to be the prize. So no, you can't have another game of the same price if you win. If you don't want this game (or if can't run it) then don't enter the raffle just for the sake of winning free stuff. That's unfair to people who actually want this game, and there are a lot of them for some reason. There will be plenty of more raffles to come you selfish cunt so just sit this one out. You should point out that it's retail cd key, so people need to have the files already. But good raffle for those who lost their keys.
You need to have enough money in your PayPal account to cover the original non-sale price of the package, otherwise the transaction will not go through, even if you are buying it at the lower price
