can I watch this even though I skipped like every season 6 episode after nebraska? i have no idea why i keep coming back to this dumb show. i know that big bad guy was a 2spooky ghost and deb caught dex.
The most important rule "Don't get caught!" should override a mere half-sister relation, so I expect nothing less than the bitch dumped into the ocean.

The episode was okay. I hope that the season won't slow down.
Dexter facing organized crime also feels like a better antagonist than those of the last seasons.

Yea it was a pretty okay episode. I still don't like how quickly Dexter is killing these days. I know he explained in the episode but I remember when he was so meticulous he spent weeks planning and following his target. Now he does two in one day?
Perhaps it could be a sign of his dark passenger taking over.

Could not agree more here. Season 6 had a lot of potential and they just threw it away.
This season I certainly didn't expect the writers to make Deb find out so much within the first episode. I think it's great though. It will be interesting to see how they work with it and if Deb links Dex to the BHB (I really hope she does!!)

Actually was a really decent episode, I thought it was even directed better than anything from the last two seasons.
We'll see if they end up fucking it up, I liked [sp]the lack of ghost dad[/sp] though.
Judging by the next episode preview, I'd say Deb definitely knows.

I enjoyed that episode a lot. Going to be interesting to see how this pans out after that ending.
So now they have to handle the single most complicated thing they've done in this show.
The premiere went well enough and I can't think of anything they could've really improved on, so let's hope they don't shit down the entire thing's throat in the next few.
Yeah was a really good episode hopefully they keep the pace up and twists and turns coming.
I also liked how Harry was only really in it in flashbacks like in the old days of Dexter
