Just watched Dexter S7 EP1. After skipping the 6th series because it was complete shit, I feel I may get back into it now.
A lot of things did feel very wrong but it was still better than the previous season. So far. I doubt that will continue to be the case. Like when DEB fucking knows he's a murderer and obviously is very suspicious of him he's like oh I'll just go hunt down a guy the police are currently looking for and murder him because it helps me focus!! what?? WHAT?? ARE U FUCKING STUPID DONT DO THAT U IDIOT DEB IS SO ON TO YOU jesus CHRIST dexter is once again, a big dumb moron. and the crime scene shit with his phone. are you kidding me? there's so many things wrong with that. and killing off the ONE solid cop who would more than likely clue onto Dexter, is killed off in the first episode. not even by a villain. just some dude who dexter kills, in the very same episode. who may be a lackey of the main villan but fuck is it far fetched he'd just happen to kill the one cop who'd figure dexter out. talk about a cop out. i could visualise the writer's meeting for that 'shit, this guy's gonna be a problem. what do we do?' 'let's just kill him off! immediately!' holy shit.
Why. Are. You. Still. Watching. It?
old habits die hard [editline]7th October 2012[/editline] once i start something i feel compelled to finish it i cant help it
Just because you watch and don't like the show doesn't mean you have to clog up this thread. And I know it's not just you posting, but your posts get everyone riled up and spark pages upon pages of stupid, pointless arguing. If I didn't know better I'd say you're purposely trying to provoke people, but you seem smart enough to not do that. Either way, I just think it's best if you cut the bullshit complaining and just let those of us who enjoy the show enjoy it and discuss it rather than forcing us to sit here reading you whine and other fans react. It's getting tiring.
old habits die hard [editline]7th October 2012[/editline] once i start something i feel compelled to finish it i cant help it
But it's terrible. I started watching the Saw movies but I didn't make it to Saw 17. [editline]7th October 2012[/editline] Or whatever number they're at.
Doesn't apply towards movies. I'm the same way with TV shows though, it's why I'm still going to watch The Walking Dead.
I can see that guy who is dating dexter's babysitter becoming the fall guy for dexter [editline]8th October 2012[/editline] ps did anyone notice the product placement by razer in numerous scenes throughout the ep?

Rusty used to bug me too, but eventually you just can't deny that he's right, this show has gone horribly downhill. That being said, I still watch it. I want to see how they end it, but it's really just a damn shame it ended up jumping the shark after Rita's death.

It was satisfying yes, but it tied up lose ends from mistakes the writers made in the past. It's opened the door to new possibilities.
There is this weird feeling inside me right now. I'm actually optimistic about where Dexter might go. It could possibly be a positive experience for the show.
The opening scene for episode 1 felt like it was straight out of Breaking Bad. I wonder if they are going to take more inspiration from that show in the future episodes. I haven't decided whether that is a good thing or not.
Is there gonna be a stream of this anywhere tonight?
http://misclivestream.blogspot.com/p/dexter.html There is a stream here, but it has already started.
This episode felt slow.
i think episode 2 was pretty good it was slow paced but i thought it was good i bet you guys have some nitpicks about it though. i do aswell [sp] the whole dexter vs louis is a really confusing plotline that needs to pick if it wants to be great he apartment scene and the drugging was great but the aftermath was really dissapointing though i have a feeling they are saving louis for another time in the upcoming episode's[/sp]
[sp]http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2235994/ Doakes confirmed for the last episode[/sp]

Dexter's hair seemed especially orange this episode, when him and Deb are talking on the boat docks. [sp]Louis seems more and more manipulative every time I see him, and was no doubt lying the entire time when Dexter confronted him, it wasn't for his game, he definitely knows more[/sp] Also: "Hope you got a big shower"
I don't understand why the fuck Dexter bought Lewis' bullshit. But I'm finding rehab Dexter to be pretty interesting. The only way he's ever dealt with problems is with murder. Can he use his head to find another angle to get rid of Lewis? I hope so.
who is dexter what the fuck
