The writing is slightly better than the 2 previous seasons, which can easily change, we only had 2 episodes so far. Unfortunately I already know these writers won't come near the ones who wrote the first 4. [sp]The idea of Debra trying to fix Dexter is stupid but I can see her coming up with idea like that. I just hope it won't work. Mostly because that was basically the plot of the 2 previous season. Dexter trying to get rid of his Dark Passenger.[/sp] What saddens me the most is that Dexter's character is damaged beyond repair. They tried to make him more human but they handled it poorly. Now when Dexter is in stress he gets angry or acts like an asshole. [sp]And did he wanted to kill Louis? So he keeps mentioning the code and then he almost breaks it? Or he simply took Louis without the intention of killing him and called Debra to score some of her trust?[/sp]
[sp]Harry always told that never getting caught goes ahead the code didn't he? So if someone does get on your track, kill them instead of letting them find out it all. Thats how he went with Doakes, at least at first. And I don't think he "faked" his need to kill, otherwise he probably could have killed Louis anyways after telling Debra that he won't. Plus the mind monolog.[/sp]
Wow, I actually can't wait for that last episode now.
Man if [sp]Doakes comes back in the last episode as like a ghost or something it would be cool but I hope it's not just one episode. He's too badass for just one episode.[/sp]
[sp]http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2235994/ Doakes confirmed for the last episode[/sp]
[editline]10th October 2012[/editline]
[sp]Honestly I thought I missed something when Dexter decided he wanted to kill Louis, I thought he had some kind of code or something? As far as I know he's only killed once compulsively the entire show and he was shamed by ghost dad for losing control. When he stuck him with a needle I had to rewatch half the episode to try and figure out if I missed a part that explained Louis is a killer.[/sp]
[sp]This may be how he slips? Maybe he goes off the rails and kills a bunch of people and gets caught, seems dramatic but oh well, it would be awesome [/sp]

Maybe he's a Chuck fan. Or his favorite character in Mass Effect was Miranda. Another episode preview
Lol. "Its not cheating if you pay for it."
Episode of the season. [sp]Thank God Louis is dead[/sp]
[sp]Louis is dead, thank fuck. Next episode is going to be interesting once those guys find Dexter...[/sp]
god damn that episode had me at the edge of my fucking seat, this season is looking more and more promising, hope that they can keep that momentum going.
This season has been really great so far, definitely better than the last 2 seasons. Good thing [sp]they didn't turn Louis into a serial killer like everyone was expecting.[/sp] [editline]15th October 2012[/editline] Plus Yvonne Strahvoski, this shit is getting even better each episode.
Having some time to think about the previous episode, I don't think I'd say they're each getting better. I still think the first was the best of the three, though this episode was more enjoyable than the previous one. My big complaints so far are: [sp]-Louis getting killed. I'm glad he was, don't get me wrong, and I'm glad they didn't go the whole "he's secretly a serial killer and Dex is his prey" like I thought they would. I'm also glad that he's now out of the show, since I loathed the character and the actor playing him. But for a character who's been in the series for a season and a quarter, he's done a hell of a lot of nothing. I felt that they were building him up for something. Going through all of that trouble to get the ITK hand, mailing it to Dex, shutting off his credit cards, etc. Hell, I was even under the impression he asked for Dex's opinion on his serial killer game because he thought Dex was one, and the notion of asking was to gauge his response. To see him go out that quickly, with his only contribution to the story giving Isaac Dex's name, is pretty disappointing. -Deb so quickly "understanding" Dex. I got the impression that this season would be Dex in this kind of rehab with her, stuck under watch having to try to find a way to kill. Now that he's moving out and things are going back to normal, I feel like that entire storyline was a waste of time. It seemed like they wanted a clean way to have the story continue after deciding on him getting caught by Deb last season.[/sp]

She understands some of the Harry's Code. It's not like she's okay now with him killing anyone, and I think that her doubt will come sooner or later.[/sp] And I love this season villain, although his fake accent is a bit fakey.
The last 2 episodes haven't been all bad. Less focus on everyone else (just fucking kill Quinn already).
Wow, the computer genius was so angry he was gonna drill a hole in Dexter's boat. While talking to himself.

My question is, whilst all this shit is going on, where the fuck is Harrison?
Deb is holding him hostage to keep Dexter from killing. Alternatively I was wondering the same thing, since he didn't stay with Dexter at Deb's.
Exactly, and then Jamie is suddenly at Louis' whilst i'm assuming Dexter was still at work, Deb too. Perhaps he's like Harry, a figment of Dexter's Imagination. That'd be fucked up.
My question is, whilst all this shit is going on, where the fuck is Harrison?
The big reveal of this season is that Harrisson is secretly already a serial killer and the crime boss dude is his ghost dad.
Or maybe Doakes is revealed to have survived and he's Harrison's babysitter whilst the rest of the characters are off doing their own things. The plot thickens!
Incest relationship between Doakes and Harrison, calling it.
Doakes hooks up with Deb. They murder Quinn together by bashing his head in using Harrison's lifeless body.
